Was not too happy with their performance

I rate them a zero!
I was at horseshoe casino in Hammond last night and discovered a flat tire at two am in the morning. The casino called herrera’s and they said they would be there within an hour to put my spare on. At one hour and 45 minutes I called them and they said their guy couldn’t get into the parking garage because his «jack was too heavy». I said I had a jack and he should just come up. 30 minutes later the casino let me know Herrera’s wasn’t coming. These unprofessional «liars» left a woman stranded in a parking garage at 5:00 in the morning. I would not recommend them to anyone as their service was downright sleazy and unreliable. What goes around comes around gentlemen and you should think twice before you treat a paying customer the way I was treated.
