Established in 1985.
R&R Realty Management started out as a father son partnership. Ron DeVries and Randy DeVries started the company as a means to own rental property. The business grew into a property management company that found tenants for landlords and managed the property of others. In the late 80’s we started into construction and remodeling which also gave us the staff for property maintenance.
In 2000 the business was transformed into an Limited Liability Corporation offering property management, condominium management, renting of residential property, property maintenance, construction, remodeling and handyman service. We have a full staff of property managers, maintenance and construction staff, Bookkeeper and administration staff. We purchased a landscape company and now offer landscape, hardscape, fertilization, yard maintenance. and snow removal services

Randy has over 30 years of real estate, property management and construction experience. His motto in business and life is Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism, His role in the company is to manage by helping the people who work for the company to be their best in the jobs they perform.
