The work they do may be great… I wouldn’t know. We didn’t get that far. I called to ask some basic questions about trailer hitch instillation on cars, specifically for bike racks. I never was able to finish a sentence or ask my question. They guy on the phone kept interrupting. When I tried to finish he said «get to the point». I kid you not! The last time he cut me off saying he couldn’t get me a price without me giving him the car details. Well I wasn’t asking about price. If he let me finish me sentence he would have known that. If he was busy with a customer he could have easily said «I apologize that I don’t have time to talk right now, can I call you back later today?». But he really didn’t seem to be interested in talking,…ever. I finally just hung up the phone. I looked at my phone when we hung up and we had talked a whole 1 min and 28 sec.
