Añu is a rare find! Insurance is one of those things that we all need but hope we never have to use. When we do need to use it, Añu is the type of agent that you want working for you.
This was the case for me. A family member of mine got into a accident and it was essential that we got the car fixed right away. Añu had promised me when we signed up with her that she will always look out for our best interests. From quoting us the different plans all the way through when the unexpected happens and she did not disappoint. She was always on the phone with me reassuring us that everything will be taken care of. She was on top of getting us the information to procure our rental car and getting our car fixed was an expedient process with her.
How people react in tough times gives you a good understanding of their character and Añu’s is second to none! Añu holds our children’s life insurance policies as well now and I don’t know what is a better illustrator of our trust in her!
We may not be Añu’s biggest client but she always treats us like we are! My insurance needs are no longer something that I need to worry about. Thanks Añu!

We love working with Añu Sethi. She is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. She currently has our renters policy, jewelry policy, auto insurance and life ins. I lost my ring at a restaurant a few months back. Añu helped me file a claim and the whole process was very easy. I was able to get my ring replaced through State Farm!

Añu is the best agent and The office staff is very helpful and always gets my answers back on a timely manner. Never had any issues with this agency if it had a 10 star review I would def give it! A+++++ :)

Very disappointed on how this agency handled our business insurance. The staff are ill equipped to handle our needs and are not knowledgeable about insurance. Our jaws literally dropped with the answers this agency provided to some of our inquiries. I would not recommend this office at all.
We asked to see our policy and they flat out refused to let us see it. When we asked to speak with a district manager, they stated that one did not exist. When we asked to speak with the actual agent, they stated that she was unavailable… and she has been unavailable for weeks now. It is illegal for the office to deny us an opportunity to view our own policy. We have a right to see what we purchased.
This office is the perfect illustration of how a business should not operate. You will be disappointed.

Absolutely the worst, agency I have ever dealt with. The lack of insurance knowledge really surprised me. I would never trust this agency again. The agent apparently leaves for months at a time, while her staff is highly under qualified to operate the agency. They lied to us, kept our money. They are rude and condescending. My experience with this agency has really left a sour taste for State Farm in general.
This agency does not have the knowledge or experience to handle the insurance needs of our businesses.
They under insured us by thousands!
They could not provide us with simple policy information. We could not even get a copy of our own policy! Sounds illegal to me.
