Have been coming here for 15 years. They moved into a different location in Uptown, so my old review didn’t transfer. Boooooo. On the bright side, I get to sing the praises for my favorite hair people once again.
Love the whole team here: Jesse, Patty, my (mane) gal Norma, and now featuring Willie manning the front helm… Wilhelm! Upstanding Aveda quality, services, and products. In all of my years of patronage, I’ve never experienced a bad hair cut/​dye. As a broad, that’s really saying something. Love this salon!

I have been getting my Brazilian Blowouts done here for the past year with Jane and she is awesome. She really takes her time and is very detail oriented plus she is fun to talk to. Great prices and amazing work, I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Cyrenee is amazing! she transformed my hair beautifully! very happy with her work and how nice she was! she knew exactly what i wanted, i will definitely come back to her when I need anything done to my hair!

I always leave a satisfied customer. Cyrenee is very detailed oriented so she takes her time getting my hair the way I want it. My overall experience is one of leaving a happy & very satisfied customer.

Absolutely loved the hair stylist that worked on my moms hair!!! Francis was knowledgeable and made my mom look fantastic! She offered us beverages and a fantastic smile. She was amazing, super friendly, and very accommodating, however, management was quite rude.
Fair warning… Don’t try and move their chairs around. I wanted to sit by my family and management had sent a very nice person that works at the salon come and tell me he had to move the chair back. I told him I just wanted to sit with my family. He told me «I’m sorry, it’s just what they [the management] said.» He didn’t even offer me another chair!!!
I asked to speak with a manager and they said they were trying to accommodate everyone and that this was a salon. There was no one else except one other lady sitting on that side of the salon! He told me there was a chair open and that I could sit in that one. I told him my that it wasn’t by my family and I would like to sit by them.
He [Jesse] walked away from me mid sentence! He again did not offer me another chair. I went to sit on my aunt chair arm because otherwise I’d have to sit too far away to talk to my family. Than a lady manager [Mary] finally offered us an extra chair. I was over it and said I didn’t want it anymore and why.
Definitely should have been offered a better solution than told to sit somewhere else because «this is a ‘salon’ and we can’t move our chairs around.»
Great accommodation… I expected a little more class.
If you ever do decide to come here, just do yourself a favor and get Francis and avoid management. She is just plain awesome!!!

Best salon experience you will ever have. I’ve been a client for about 5 years now. Great customer service, quality work, great products and amazing scalp massage with every service or hand massage. France’s is amazing and talented.

Frances really took my hair to the next level. It’s pricey but worth it. I go twice a year! This pic was taken in May and my hair was done in January :)

This salon is awesome! I don’t trust my hair to anybody but here I trust anyone of the staff to handle my hair. The products they use are healthy for ur hair. They offer a mini facial or a mini back massage. So relaxing! The staff has excellent customer service skills without being snobby. Love it here!

I started coming here in July 2014. I came to this salon because of IG. Frances posted some amazing pictures! It inspired me to go for a new look. I have always had nothing but a great experience. The staff is nothing but helpful and professional. They recently moved to a new location which is very accessible. I always find parking right in front. I still see Frances. She is excellent. She is also very popular and her schedule is pretty full. I book by next appointment when I pay, that’s helps ensure that I will be able to get in to see her when I need to. This last time I had to make a last minute cancellation but she was very helpful and was able to work it out for me. I am very happy with France’s and the salon as a whole. I always leave beyond satisfied.

Norma is the VERY BEST, she has literally brought my hair back to life, with color and cut. I LOVE IT.
Jessie the owner is always friendly and has the most amazing sense of music.
Patty at the front desk always has a smile. And the young man that assists Patty has got to be sweetest!
I would recommend this place to everyone! Love the facial massage after the wash.

I love this salon /​spa the hairdressers are great people very kind. its defiantly worth my 35 min drive. all thanks to stephanie she’s great at what she does.

This salon is beautiful! The staff is so friendly and well trained. The owners are awesome! This is one of the best salons in Southern California. Whether you use this place for your regular cut and color or special occasion, you won’t regret it. Everyone that I have ever referred to a salon that Jesse has created has had nothing but good things to say. This new location just adds to the already excellent experience.

Five years ago I was looking for a salon that used organic products so my daughter recommended Artika. I could not be more satisfied with the product line (Aveda) and the excellent staff which is professional and yet very warm, kind and always with the smiles. This is what I treat myself to once a month and walk out feeling like a million bucks. Their new location is twice as big as the last and has parking. This place is Chic Elegance, this place is a winner all around.
