Avoid this place! I went here for a year. Too many girls in the office and no one can seem to make an appointment. I would come in and then be told I was wrong because I had the wrong time so I had to pay out of pocket for a no show fee!!!
The worst is how the billing idiot fraudulently billed my insurance company for my supposed visits too their OC office which I never went too which then made my allotted visits go over and he billed me directly over $ 500.00!!! My insurance caught it all thankfully!!! Also reamed him a new one for illegally filing fraudulent claims PLUS trying to bill me directly.
It was a nightmare.
Regarding the Therapist I found her too be nice, helpful but my god Green and very sheltered.
I can list some other unprofessional things that happened with this office but the ones I mentioned are enough.

This Place is a JOKE!!! At a time where help is needed for my daughter, I cant believe they refused an appointment for her. They asked me to bring $ 160 cash although my insurance covers this. They are FRAUD and i am going to report them to BBB and Medical Board. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. ITs a waste of time.

Avoid this place. The therapist want you in an out and will straight out say «it’s not my job to help you». I came here in confidence to see these so called «professionals» when they conduct themselves In Very uncaring manner. I came here about four times and three of which my therapist was over 15 minutes late. I felt like I was being intimidated and put down during my session. This female dr. Was not interested in my problems, she told me to talk and once I was finished she gave no advice and just stared at me. I wanted to get out of the room asap. She said «is that all you have to say?» And said that it’s not her job to make me feel better. She will not offer any advise or ask any questions, nothing. If you already feel depressed you will feel worse after seeing this lady. Just avoid this place. They will not help you or even try. BUT they will take your money. You might as well pay them and leave. You will feel better.

Dr. Rim is very caring and professional. She is empathic and always returns phone calls promptly. she is one of the most knowledgeable psychiatrist Ive ever known.

If I could give this facility a negative 5 stars I would. DO NOT waste your time with this place. They DO NOT care about their patients, at least not Dr. Rim. The first time I made an appointment for my daughter I waited a month, on the day of, as I was pulling into the parking lot I receive a phone call that Dr. Rim had an «emergency». They assured me that this was rare for her, that she was very professional, caring, etc. So dumb me goes and reschedules for a month later and I call them this time about 5 hours before my daughter’s appointment, just to confirm, and wouldn’t you know it, she had another «emergency» and it would be another month to reschedule. When I wanted to speak with someone in charge, they gave me to some young inexperienced «office manager» who wouldn’t give me anyone’s name, number, e-​mail, etc. so that I could make a complaint and ensure who I was speaking to. I received an «I’ll have someone call you back.» Which of course, no one ever did. Avoid the insanity, stay away from this place!
