Absolutely love this place. Great customer service from the moment I got there. Dan was very professional and honest. He told me exactly what my car needed and didn’t try to up sell me on anything else. I got a much better price than other shops around town. I was in and out of there in no time. I am so glad I took my car to Champions. It was in really bad shape, so I knew there would be a lot of work done. Dan was completely honest with me from the very beginning, he showed me all the things that needed fixing and explained why. He also gave me very reasonable prices and stuck to them till the very end. No surprise fees. I will be sure to bring my car back to them in the future, and I highly recommend anyone to do the same. She purrs like a kitten now.

Best Auto Shop in town all around. Great prices and service. I drove across country from Florida, about half way I was experiencing some car problems. I pulled over in New Mex to get it checked out and was diagnosed with a bad wheel barring. Paid to get it taken care of, during my trip I was presented with the same symptoms and it turned out my wheel barrings were not the issue. Rode it out to Whittier CA where I found Champion Auto Mechanic and was welcomed by Dan the owner. He was very attentive also honest. After getting to the root of the problem I was presented with a very generous price and not to mention their great deals on oil changes 19.00!!! Also Wifi for the wait and in a great location were you have accesses to food and entertainment well your car gets fixed.

The customer service here is beyond AMAZING!!! It’s not very often we look forward to seeing our mechanic but I can honestly say I do!!! Why? Because I not only get the honest truth about what’s the matter with my car but a very reasonable price I can afford. How I came to find this mechanic, My Cadillac CST needed its oil changed but I also had a an issue with my passenger window that didn’t want to go up, Gerbert took care of the oil change in a breeze and went the extra mile to help me figure out and fix my window dilemma. His customer service skills were impeccable and made me never want to visit another mechanic again. I wouldn’t take my business any where else… Look forward to my next visit
