Best insurance I have had hands down. I have tried Mercury, Farmers and now State Farm. Kami is an amazing agent. She is on top of everything. She is helpful and goes above and beyond. Cheryl has a great business team. I would recommend Cheryl, and Kami to anyone. Seriously. Stop looking and give them a call today.

I have been with them for a long time. I have my house and 2 cars with them. It is always a pleasure speaking with them. Before I signed up with them I tried to get insurance with Wawanesa. Talk about RUDE people! THEY WERE RUDE. I called Cheryl and she helped me out with everything with NO PROBLEM! Great team!

Don’t listen to the bad reviews on this page, I think they are from other company’s. I’ve been with Statefarm for 15 years and Cheryl ‘s team is amazing. They always return my calls and always work hard to make me happy. One time I couldn’t pay my bill and they were able to give me a payment plan that I could afford, and they even arranged my policy to lower my bill!
I have my autos, home, and umbrella policy through them and I only write one check every month (FYI under my auto, I have three cars, all different coverages). What I love the most is when I call them about a question, I don’t talk to a stupid machine or have to press 10 numbers to get to a live person; one number and someone always picks up. In addition, they have an office I can pop into and they are always willing to chat with me. Lastly, I would like to mention that they are always prompt to return my calls and are very professional when I refer my friends or family. I can’t count the number of referral gift cards I have received in the mail. If you need insurance/​banking help and are looking for an amazing group of people to help you with your life, look no further.

Thank you for getting me better insurance without any hassle. Your office was quick to respond to my questions, explain what my insurance covers and give me advice on what coverage to carry. No other insurance company has ever taken the time to do that.

This is the worst team! My husband has been with Cheryl for years! His parents had their insurance with Cheryl (and still do) and when my husband needed insurance he went with her. We haven’t changed because he likes familiarity and loyalty, but I can’t stand this team. If you want things to fall through the cracks call Ana who is part of her team. She will never mail you any information you request, you will spend hours on the phone with her, you’ll ask her for that information to be sent and you will never receive it. At this point I’d rather have my insurance from a green lizard than to have this team carry my insurance. I will convince my husband to leave this team if it is the last thing I do.
The other thing that sucks about this insurance is that you have to carry a different policy for each car (even if all the cars have the same coverage), what this means I have to write 3 separate checks each time. What a pain! Uggg… don’t be fooled there has to be a better team and better insurance.
It is not like State Farm is the cheapest insurance around and to have to deal with folks like these is ridiculous! Go anywhere else and I’m looking forward to NEVER having to deal with this team!
