Fiesta Hall

Had a graduation event there May 2016 service was horrible they served our food from the restroom area. There was a person sleeping in the bathroom when we arrived to decorate and we brought it to the staff attention and they threatened us by saying that they could make our party goes nicely or they could give us a very difficult time. Our guests were searched at the door and some of our guests were served on paper plates instead of plates. We were told when we signed the contract that they could provide as many tables as we needed for the candy bar the cake and gifts when we ask for the tables they gave us a card tables. I called the manager George a few days after the event to inform him of the service that we received because he was not there that day and he told me no don’t come back we don’t want your business anyway instead of offering an apology

Been here a few times for various events and even had my baby shower here in the smaller room. Everyone is always really nice. There is a large parking lot for guests. I don’t understand why people get halls without parking sometimes. The food has usually been great!
Bringing things into the hall is also very convenient through the back door. I hate having to have been to some halls helping family and no one ever thinks of getting a hall with easy access like this one.
Security has usually been courteous. I think anyone that has had problems with security are just the type of people that don’t like to follow rules.
The bathrooms were really clean when I was there and they even had one of those bathroom attendants which really added a touch of class.
Overall I’d recommend this place to friends and family.
As someone who has shopped around for halls here’s a few tips for hall shopping. make sure that your hall has all the following:
–good customer service
–good food
–good location
–plenty of parking for all your guests
–easy access to unload things
— if located upstairs make sure there is an elevator. If no elevator go else where.
–make sure there is adequate power supply for all your vendors. Stay away from old halls with old power supplies. You will be sorry when your entertainemnt keeps tripping breakers.
–make sure the halls gives you plenty of time (a few hours) before your event to be able to set up and decorate. Stay away from halls that book an event in the same room as yours earlier in the same day.

Had My 30^th Birthday Bash Dec 5 2015 at the Manhattan Lounge and let me say it was Amazing! George the owner and his staff did an incredible job! We did an appetizers menu which were delicious, the staff was so on point making sure my guest were well taken care of the entire night from beginning to end everyone was so nice n friendly. The bartender and security were so awsome and on point, the drinks were bomb! My guest had an amazing time I kept on getting compliments the whole night! Thanks George and your awsome staff for making it happen definitely recommend this venue its a 5 star for me.

I would only go here if maybe you don’t like clean restooms, enjoy rude service, don’t like having water throughout the night, and having your table cleared before you’re even done with everything. Our event ended at 7:00 and by 5:30 the staff had removed all food, lemonade, and water from the tables! When I asked for a pitcher of water with a few cups for some guests that were thristy, they said we had to buy it from the bar and water was only provided while people were eating. What a joke! I would NEVER pay to have an event here.

Attended a wedding reception here on Saturday 11.28.15.
Customer service was not great at all.
Took me like 30 min to get food served… COLD food. The servers didn’t pay attention.
Had an issue with the security guards. They were disrespectful, classless, and i hate to say it but stupid. They kicked out a friend of mine that wasn’t even drunk.
If he was drunk, the bartender should have noticed that and not given him anymore drinks but nooo.
All this place cares about is money. They don’t value customer service or hospitality.

Went to a Comedy Night this weekend. I ordered six drinks and asked for a CUP, yes a CUP of water for the comedian. The bartender said management doesn’t want us to give out waters, you have to buy a bottle. I said it’s for the comic and even pointed at him! I bought a total of 12 drinks that night so obviously I’m not cheap. Plus my friends bought another eight. But after that WE BOUGHT NO MORE. THEY LOST HUNDREDS! It was just classless. This bartender is only working tonight because of the comedy show — it’s a basic courtesy to give an entertainer a cup of water. Also, if mgmt doesn’t want them to give water out, EVER, that’s ridiculous. Some common sense needs to be put in place when you having paying customers who are obviously throwing down big dollars. I took the cost of the water out of the tips I was giving all the bartenders who pool their tips. Why? Because customer service and respect are necessary to be a bartender. I know I used to be one. Maybe, the other bartenders would have had the basic common sense but that guy who served me listened to mgmt too literally (and if mgmt has a zero tolerance water policy that is ridiculous) because it cost the other bartenders to lose tip money and mgmt to lose liquor money. So foolish!

Cons:
*Main hall had broken lights I had noticed and asked to be fixed before event, lights were still broken day of.
*The food we chose at the tasting (birria) tasted completely different at the event.
*Dressing room had no toilet paper
*No water was provided for guest during party

Amazing Place, Large parking Lot, A Game Room For The Kids, Large Dance Floor Amazing Bar Setup and Display, I Deal With George Here All The Time, Family Owned and Operated

A nice place to have almost any event. The food was actually good considering it’s a hall. The only downside was the security guards. The two guys seemed like they were trying to act too tough. One especially thought he owned the hall. He wanted to instigate a confrontation. Even when my cousin was going to his vehicle the guard questioned my cousin about his car. Even when the dj was finishing up the last song the guard was signaling him to stop. The guard even told us to hurry up and clean so they can set up for tomorrow’s event when he saw we were cleaning already.

I had my daughter’s quinceanera in the big hall and was very satisfied.
Pros: The place is nice, the bathrooms are nice and clean, they have a small arcade off the side (which came in really handy in entertaining the little ones) and the support staff were very helpful and friendly before and during the party. I visited a lot of venues and the per plate price was not too much higher than Fiesta’s but all other (nice) places had a ridiculous amount of added fees. The only things that was not included here were the ciders for the toast and chair covers.
Cons: We were not allowed to practice the waltz there before, but that was made perfectly clear from the beginning (even before I booked) as was the fact that dinner would only be served for two hours. The only other drawback is that you are forced to pay the same price for children’s plates as for adults (again, also made clear from the beginning).
Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Fiesta Hall.

I booked my wedding at the Manhattan lounge, service sucks they don’t even care that this is your wedding night a very important day in your life! George had promised me that he would serve dinners even after the dinner time. Once guests started arriving at a later time the servers said“no kitchen is closed” with out even thinking twice. They were not even friendly !! I will never book a party there again.

Do not leave a large deposit besides the $ 500.00 non-​refundable amount. You will have a hell of a time getting it back if you decide to cancel for any reason, the manager/​owner of this place will always have an excuse not to give it back to you. George the manager is a complete liar, he never calls you back when you have issues with this place.

I had my wedding there a couple of years ago and to this day I get annoyed just thinking about George the manager who lied to me and my husband and how he ruined my day. It’s all about the money to them, they said they would do this and that and nothing was done. Their service sucks, they had a couple of waiters for almost 300 people. there was no parking because he booked a party in the lounge. There were other things that went wrong, but not worth mentioning.
Point blank — I will never recommend this venue to anyone.

I attended my uncles wedding here at fiesta hall… I have a medical condition that my closer family know about, I take oral meds and I have a medical card that my doctor prescribed me for medical marijuana to help with the pain. During the dancing my hip was going out so I decided to walk to my car alone to take my meds and smoke my special ciggrette, when I came back I walked through the doors, the security had stopped me at my table, asked to search me, made a big scene was so load. That the dj though it was a fight, they turned on the house lights all eyes on me, asking to check my purse, emabarrased for me, my grandpa had tried to calm the security down and trying to explain to him that it was a medical condition and the security shut him up saying it doesn’t matter! So I gave him my purse, at this time my whole entire family and my uncles widest whole entire family are all looking at me. After the security gave me my purse not finding anything the music came back on. Lights off. and I did not even want to dance and enjoy my uncles party. what the heck I know a dozen cancer patients who need marijuana to eat or cure the pain. Although I don’t have cancer I still have a medical condition… I felt I was mistreated there. And could’ve felt with the situation a different way!!! Like pulled me aside. I was not abusing it. Or using it as a way to have fun. Ridiculous… Besides the food is not good what soever. EXUSE ME CHEF, THERE IS A THING CALLED FlAVOR…

I attended a wedding reception and a hip hop show here. Not the same event, of course.
For the hip hop show, the venue was called the Manhattan Lounge and there’s actually a nice neon sign outside. The security guards make you wait outside in a line to hype up the place, which I think is a lame marketing idea. Average beer price was $ 7 and mixed drinks around 10. They also have a makeshift VIP lounge and bucket of beers on ice.
The sound, lights, and small wood dance floor that is set up for wedding singers and bands actually works nicely for the show.
Restrooms were clean, plenty of stalls, well lit, and I think the men’s restroom had an attendant. Plenty of street parking and a private lot.

We had an elegant cocktail party for my husband’s 50^th birthday in the Manhattan Lounge of Fiesta Hall and it was great! The staff was excellent, the caterer Lily was fantastic and very accommodating to our wishes. We served fancy finger food and cocktails. The ambiance and atmosphere in Manhattan Lounge was perfect for what we wanted to create — an elegant, classy party cocktail party.
