This location is my favorite! The young lady working the register is always the same and is so friendly and smiling. The cooks cut the chicken and green onions the perfect size too. Plus everything comes fast:)

The employees here were very unwelcoming. Miriam(the server) didn’t say hello/welcome when I came in. I found her very rude and unprofessional for calling out my number and going straight to the kitchen to gossip with the cooks. Aren’t you supposed to wait for the customer to get their food and say here you go, enjoy your meal ?? Or something? The radio wasn’t on so all I heard was her and the other employees gossiping in the back in Spanish. The whole time I was eating there she didn’t come out of the kitchen at all til I was leaving, at least if you’re gonna stare at your customers while they leave, say bye. Foods alright, 2 stars for staying consistent I guess.

The girl was slow as hell, there was only one person in front of us. Next thing you know the line was out the door and down the cooridor. We waited 4 to 5 min. Before she would even acknowldge the person in front of us. Bery rude, no welcome, no please just give me a min. Just ignored us and fumbled around talking with the staff in the back every min or so. Thwn to top it off our boels barely had enuff meat to cover, correction it didnt even cover the top of the rice. NOTCOOL!!!

So I really wanted to give this location a good review… but they really need to step it up. I placed a phone order only to arrive and find out they are not accepting cash(???) weird right, but I had my card so it wasn’t the end of my world. The kicker was when I recommended to the girl taking orders that they might want to tell customers calling the no cash thing, she looked at me super rude and was like«oh really?». Unfortunately my bowl had little no rice, and was brown when I asked for white. Thumbs down all the way around

Customer service here sucks, they don’t greet you at the door, they just stare at you. When I told her I was picking up, she didn’t even hand me the food she left it on her side of the counter. Are you that lazy you can’t hand over my food? Obviously from the looks of her she is. The station where you get the sauces was dirty, the jalapeños looked dried out. For my Chicken Veggie bowl: the chicken still had gristle in it I threw away half of my chicken. I asked for extra veggies, I got maybe 1 broccoli. Bottom line: Avoid this Flame Broiler, obviously the employees don’t care and neither do the people who own it.

I called my order in, sent my son to pick-up and they gave him a very very wrong order. The cashier Jacky said that’s what they had under my name. When I told her the order was wrong she laughed. Said that a man had ordered the exact same thing, so he took my order. Really? Did he have a woman’s name and ask for that order under my name? She wasn’t apologetic, didn’t offer to rush another order, she just stared at me. When I asked for my money back, she was very very rude and gave me my money back with total attitude. She needs to brush up on her customer service skills.

Consistently excellent chicken and beef bowls. The secret sauce is so addicting. A meal for a family of four easily comes out to $ 40. This is healthy fast food, I get it. but overpriced.

I’ve always loved flamebroiler! The sauce is excellent, and I recommend just getting a chicken bowl for your first time to really taste the teriyaki, it’s great!

I found Flame Broiler to be very over priced. The meat was cheap and tough, and there was nothing unique or interesting about the flavor. I may have been more satisfied if the price compared to the quality of food. Additionally, it’s annoying that the place markets themselves as health food… I suppose they have healthier options then most fast food places but that doesn’t automatically make a bowl or rice and marinated meat healthy.

I went here with Debra R and Jose R for lunch. All of us got the chicken plate with brown rice. The food was ok. The meat and cole slaw was pretty good. The rice was kind of mushy again. I think mushy rice is a Flame Broiler trademark.

Not very friendly, not very many clean tables, but food is always pretty good, and decent size portion

I go here a lot… but get my food to go. Anyways, I usually order a mini bowl just brown rice, veggies, and onions. It’s good and filling and sometimes I don’t finish it. The beef is ok kinda dry and chewy. Otherwise it’s good. I have also gotten a plate with the rice, veggies, and beef, which was good but WAY too much food for me. Location is clean.

You people have no taste. FrameBorler is overly processed junk food. Check out Orange House if you want the real deal!

I like the food here. I always substitute the white rice for brown rice. Not sure that it’s the healthiest(may be a bit salty), but it’s better than a burger. The really bad thing about this location is the Latin girl who works the cash register. She is always rude. She has a major attitude problem and loves to slam the chairs around while she’s cleaning. I’ve been there a few times and she is the reason why I won’t return to this location. She actually made a few comments about me in Spanish not realizing I could understand her. From what I read in other reviews, I am not the only one that doesn’t care about her!

What a rip off. Small pieces of dehydrated chicken served on top of rice. It was more like a bowl of rice and not much more :-(

Umm, is this just a healthy version of Yoshinoya? I don’t get it. I remember people used to say how much they loved FlameBroiler — I guess I’m missing out because I seriously don’t get it. No, this place is NOT bad. The food is decent, actually. The chicken is much better than the beef(which can be kinda dry, sometimes). But I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. I wouldn’t even probably remember it next time I’m hungry(it really doesn’t leave an imprint in my memory). Their ‘magic’ sauce was teriyaki-esque(but pretty good). The wait time is minimal(my food came out fast!) The prices are average(not cheap, but not too expensive). It’s not bad, it’s not great, but(allegedly) it’s healthy. I guess that’s the draw. Eh…

Came here with some friends after a a couple of cold ones on a Friday evening. The place is small but parking is a breeze since it’s located at the Whittwood mall. I was surprised how busy it was. My order was the rib plate. The ribs were pretty tasty, portion was decent — although the cabbage salad was dry and bland. What’s nice is they post all the calories and mine was only 630! If you want brown rice no problem– same cost. Flame Broiler is OK in my opinion for a quick health conscious alternative to your fast food burger joints.

Called to see what time they closed(dude said 9pm) so I rushed over there-it was 8:56 on my cell! I walk in, all the employees were standing around and inform me they were closed as they laughed. I’M PISSSSSSSED. I’ve worked in the food industry before and if we left the door unlocked/lights on and someone walked in, we served them… its called good customer service! will never come to this location again, santa fe springs all the way!
