Very disappointing experience. Had to have pool corrected after tenant left it a mess. The very nice woman, Candy, would tell me that the tech would call me to let me know what was going on but I never received a call from any tech. I had to call over and over to get any information.
They did, eventually, get the pool cleaned up and did some work on the spa but never came back to finalize their repairs.
Left covers open, vent tube laying in the mud and didn’t communicate with the new tenant. I asked, on numerous occasions for them to provide a proposal for ongoing service of the pool and spa but they never provided anything.
Tenant called them twice and never received a return call. Tenant said that technician (pool guy) was surly when he was asked about what his plans were for correcting the pool problem.
Very disappointing, considering that they are local and operate in an upscale neighborhood.

Unilocal clearly says they are open but walked to the door and it was locked. If your going to state your hours are a certain time make sure you keep to that.

The person who works in the store is great!!! Unfortunately the owner’s daughter is sometimes there and is a nightmare to deal with and is the root of many problems, mix-​ups and errors. Make sure to keep track of your charges, common practice for her to add to your balance.

strange location though, if you try to find this place make sure that you search it on a navigation engine first. because it is right down a small street, behind another store.
