Do not go see this doctor! I went in complaining about groin pain and had several tests done. On first visit I felt pressured by him to hurry up and i felt I couldn’t give him my concerns without feeling so uncomfortable! He doesn’t listen … He will interrupted me before I even finished telling him all that I was suffering. On the first visit I felt pressured into doing a procedure he wanted to do on me. When I said I wanted to do the tests first that’s when he started to pay less attention to my concerns!
2^nd visit immediately he asks me when do I want to have him perform the procedure on me??? I requested to first know about my results but he simply told me everything was fine but I requested a copy and the results showed that I had a small cyst in my groin!!! I will be seeing another doctor but I feel I should report him or something (something I have never done about anything). My impression is that he just wants to do a procedure to charge up my insurance! He is an uncaring Doctor. Go see anyone else but him!

I don’t know if I’m being fair, you be the judge. I called on August 14^th at 9:30am to make an appointment, I get Christina on the phone and she puts me on hold… I wait and i wait, after 12minutes i figure i was forgotten about and i call back and explain that i think i was forgotten about on the phone, Christina say,“ok one moment please” another 10 mins on hold goes by and finally get an answer but just for someone to hang up the phne. Now I’m upset, i call back and try to explain to Now Denise what just happened and she say“im sorry sir but we are busy with patients please hold” im passing on this place. Im sure he’s a great doc but his staff needs help.

There’s a few things you want in a urologist.
Expertise
Good bedside manners
Professional office staff
Great tools
And what you can’t measure which is a genuine desire to care for your patients.
I can say unequivocally Dr Lai has all the above in spades. Located in an unassuming medical center he made something very uncomfortable for a man about as easy as could be expected. I went it to get snipped and made it easy fast and as dignified as possible. There’s very little pain and it’s only in the shot. It’s as dull pain nothing sharp.
I had a very easy recovery. In one day I was fine working at a desk job. By three days I could do all normal functions without any soreness.
Basically the best care is the one you don’t have to think about. It’s routine in the best way possible. I would recommend Dr Lai to friends and family

Dr Lai is a wonderful compassionate dr. I brought my grandpa in at 2pm on a Friday with out an appt. this amazing dr squeezed him in with in 30 minutes!!! He was wonderful with my grandfather and spent time explaining things and checking him any signs of infection.
Also amazing staff as well :)
