I had a great experience here for lashes. So great that I actually went back for lash training. This place is super clean and bright I highly recommend going here for your next lash fill 5 stars for sure!!!

This lady put some plastic lashes on me that were so thick they bent down I wanted a nice full look not a freak show, first of all as a professional she should know those lashes were too thick for me, the next day two fell of and they were so heavy they bented over, I asked for them to take them off and they said there was nothing they could do, and when they began to fall I noticed she had glued them to 2 of my natural lashes Omg so disappointed also she cut my natural lashes don’t know why and I would hear her cutting something, I asked her your not cutting my lashes are u? She said no but when I went to get them taken off to someone else they indeed said that she had definitely had cut them. Customer service F– TERRIBLE DON GO HERE EVER karma is a Biat#.

This place has the worst service and respect for their clients. Katie is no longer there so previous reviews are moot. This location is never staffed for convenient fills, the online appointment system is worthless and the person answering phones is rude. Why have a whittier location if you can’t give the best customer service to your clients? I have to admit it was quality workmanship but what does that matter if there is no one available to keep up the integrity of the work.

I purchased a Groupon Deal for a partial set and was able to book an appointment the next day with Katie. She was great, despite it only being a partial set, she made sure they looked full and great. I loved my lashes, Katie is perfection and makes sure her clients are satisfied with their results! Trust me ladies… she won’t let you leave till it’s perfection, and I am totally okay with that! haha.
However, the lashes fell off after a week and a half. I couldn’t go back in since I was out of the state, but am definitely planning on returning and purchasing a VIP membership !
