My first time experience consulting an attorney was so easy. Mr. Hernandez answered all my questions. He gave solid advice. I feel confident now that I have him in my corner. Enrolling in the Hyatt Legal plan thru work sure came in handy.

After five years and five surgeries from a Toyota recall accident, this firm told my aunt to «find another lawyer with a bigger firm.» And they still want her to pay their «fees and costs» which is against what the contract states. Hernandez wanted her to settle for less than 5% of what she asked for. She has over $ 600K in medical costs and he told her she «needs» to accept their offer of $ 30K, before he takes his cut. And don’t even try getting a timely response or a courtesy phone call. «I didn’t have anything to say, that’s why I didn’t call you back.» Completely unprofessional and rude. In addition, they also added her to a class action law suit AFTER she EXPLICITLY told them NOT to. It appears this law firm does not hold their client’s interest as a priority, but rather whatever is easiest for them. Those who have this little integrity and commitment to their profession cause me to seriously question their ethical foundation. If I could give zero stars on this review, I would.
