Leather Care Services is a mobil leather refinishing, repair and maintenence resource. I service the leather furniture industry and consumers in the greater LA and Orange Co. area from my shop base in Whittier California. I perform repairs on new pieces, restoration for older, aged pieces and conservation of vintage and antique leather furniture. I have been in this trade for over 34 years and currently service the needs of interior designers, high end furniture stores and vintage dealers in the Greater LA /​OC area. Some of the services I offer include repair, restoration, color changes, antiquing as well as cleaning and protective coatings. History

Established in 1978.

I came into this trade through my church. I was a Jesus Freak in the early seventies living in a mission oriented communal house where we did various kinds of work to support the mission. One of those jobs was vinyl repair. Thats where I started, without two brain cells to rub together after the sixties had its effect on me. The trade grew accross the country and eventualy became the largest of its kind in the US. We devised ways to repair leather and went from servicing resturaunts to car dealers to furniture stores. Because we worked for virtualy nothing as missionaries, our motivation became to serve God with our trade. I consider this work an act of worship. That paradigm drives quality and a commitment to service. I am literaly sent by God to serve your leather maintenece needs. :)
