History
Established in 1987.
It was 1987 when Dr. Lowe and Dr. Rossopoulos decided to open a private practice. The opportunity came in the Spring when they purchased the Whittier Pediatric –Orthodontic Dentistry practice of Dr. Warren Jessop who was retiring. The original location was on Floral Drive in a quiet residential community. They would share the location in the Floral Drive Medical Dental building owned by Dr. Harold West, who along with his Associates, Drs. Rosie Lim and Bizhad Gilani, maintained the premier medical pediatric office in Whittier. They practiced across the breeze way. After 8 years of dedicated work and expanding the practice to include adults and the elderly, Dr. Lowe and Ross relocated to the Uptown area of Whittier where they now practice, the Doctor’s Medical Center on Painter Avenue.
