I operate as both a direct lender and a mortgage broker based on my client’s needs. I offer FHA, Conventional, VA and private money loans. Flexible credit and low-​down payment options are always available.

I am also an expert in home buyer assistance programs offered by various federal, state and local government agencies including down payment and closing cost assistance.

The first step is to schedule an in-​person appointment where we will review all of the financing options and programs available to you, answer your questions, provide you with an initial estimate of your buying power. In most cases we can provide you with a loan approval certificate in the same meeting. Evening and weekend appointments are always available at my Whittier, Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley or Orange County offices. I am fluent in Spanish.

History

Established in 2004.

I have worked in the home mortgage and real estate field since 1985.

For many years I worked in local government where I administered first-​time home buyer programs. Later, I joined Freddie Mac where I was responsible for community-​lending programs in the Western United States.

When I became the broker-​owner of Civic Center Home Loans in 2004 my goal was to provide a mortgage brokerage that focused our efforts on helping first-​time buyers achieve the dream of home ownership, especially if they need the help of various government assistance programs. Over the years we have helped hundreds of families purchase their first home.

In 2012 I joined forces with Best Capital Funding — a direct lender. Now my clients can benefit from in-​house loan processing, underwriting and funding services.

I have offices in Whittier, Downtown Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Orange County. Weekend and evening appointments are always available and I am fluent in Spanish.

My passion is helping individuals and families achieve the dream of home ownership. I believe every qualified home buyer should have the opportunity to purchase a home. I enjoy solving home financing problems and overcoming obstacles.

I have put together a great team to serve my clients and we strive to provide very good customer service. I understand that home buyers have lots of questions and I am happy to take them to time answer all questions and concerns.

In 2012 I created Los Angeles Partners in Home Ownership to help expanding home buying opportunities to people who never thought they could own their own home.

I serve all of Los Angeles and Orange counties and have offices in Whittier, Downtown Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley and Orange County. I am fluent in Spanish. Weekend and evening appointments are always available.
