I’ve been here a few times when my regular lady is unavailable. I really like the work that they do, that are open 7 days which is VERY convenient. I only know 2 ladies here. The older one is very sweet and friendly. She will ask if I’m okay or if she is hurting me, some small talk. The younger one does a very good job too but it’s all business– come in, sit down, pay, get out. I always tell them what I want and it’s always done right. The only thing I wish they’d do is wipe the skin with astringent or witch hazel after they are done. Other than that I have no complaints at all.

I have been coming here since high school and almost always leave with such perfect brows. There are multiple ladies here but the main one (don’t know her name oops) is the one i always request, only because these other ladies left me with chola looking eyebrows. Buttttt they are very sweet and the place is nice and neat.

I always come here to guy my eyebrows done but today the lady just totally messed me up!
I was letting my eyebrows grow out so I asked for just a clean up and just completely just messed it up. She left me with half of my eyebrows. So thin!
Never again!

I left super dissatisfied with my eyebrows. My eyebrows where thick and already shaped, all she had to do was clean them. Instead she left about half the thickness I came in with. She did not apologize even after she saw how horrified I was at how thin they where. Don’t come here!

Used to always come here, was ok, ladies were nice, but the last couple times I’ve gone over they’re closed and the sign says they should be open. Need to find a more reliable threading shop. Won’t be going there anymore

I have only gone here twice, but it’s a solid 4 star or 4.5 when I have…$ 7 eyebrows
I have usually visited another local threading place that is $ 5 but this place give me a better shape which is worth the extra $ 2…I’m still a fan of the other place if you want to stay in the uptown area.

Alright this place didn’t get one star because I still have all my eye brows … But yes this place is not the best … Yes the ladies there are very quiet and there is no customer service … When you sit in the chair they don’t but a light napkin to place your head down… There is no sense of compassion for pain they just dig in … No they do not cut the top of the brow with scissors and no your not getting cream and a mini massage at the end … $ 7 eye brows and $ 5 for upper lip … Not pleased with the quality either … I was desperate to get my eye brows I will go up the st next time …

I walked in with a huge smile on my face because I had received my too faced eyeshadow palette so I didn’t give off any bad vibe or anything, Terrible customer service, went in yesterday to do my eyebrows. The lady there is so rude, she didn’t welcome me, when she did my eyebrows she slapped my arm do I can hold up my eyebrows, she was talking to her coworker the whole time. I gave her a 10 she basically threw the 3 dollars at me, I told her thank you and she said «uhuh» Not even a you’re welcome. Never coming here again!

I’ve been here about 5 times. Never had a problem until I recently. First off, she didn’t bother cleaning the brow area before she started. When she was finished she didn’t even bother to wipe the hairs from my face. I was pleased with the results, so I paid and went on merry way. I decided to come today and get my brows done again. I have thick brows and before I let anyone touch them, I say ‘I just want them cleaned up, no shape or arch’. Tell me why this trollop damn near left my brows uneven and bald ??? Not only that but she knicked me in the process and didn’t clean my brow area or wipe the excess hair from face. I guess that’s why it’s only 5.99. Also, they are not friendly. I dont know their names but the older lady is rude and seems bothered all the time. Like I came here for a service, forgive me for interrupting your conversation with your coworker. I thought you were open for business, my bad. Needless to say, I won’t be back

Great place near home. I have always had full eyebrows and have been threading for over 10 years, so I know experienced threaders from newbies. The lady in booth 3 is awsome and very experienced. She totally listens to all my request and is fast and accurate. They also have a stamp card for regulars, which gets you a free eyebrow threading after every 10 visits. I can’t speak for all the ladies there and to be honest one day I went and lady #3 (sorry I am bad with names) wasn’t there so I went to someone else which I didn’t like. So if you go definitely ask for Lady #3!

I’ve been coming here for years and my experience today was so horrible I’ll never come back again. The older woman (who is usually a litle mean) was especially mean today. She kept leaving hairs on my eyebrows and asking if it was okay. As I kept asking her to get the leftover hair she became more rough and actually made my skin bleed. When I sat up to point to left over hair she pushed me back against the chair and ran the thread over the raw and bloody part of my skin. I will never come back here again and I recommend anyone reading this to steer clear and go somewhere else.

I have been coming here for years but today 3−15−14 the lady messed up my eyebrows horribly! That’s why she didn’t give me the mirror after she finished! No sorry no nothing! Never coming here again!
I have permeant makeup done all she needed to do was clean my eyebrows, easy.

Horrible service. The lady was on her phone while threading my eyebrows. She left a bunch of stray hair, didn’t trim my eyebrows or sanitize them afterwards.

The only reason why I came here was because it was close to work and I had to have my brows done. The lady here is rude because when I came in she was on her cell phone and told me to sit down, I did and she was still talking on her phone and I told her I would wait until she finished. She hung up and began to do my brows she was very rude and rough, she never asked how I was doing she finished and told me how much it was and nothing more. Worst customer service ever!!!

OMG! I should have known this was a shady place when the lady asked me what I wanted… I said eyebrows and lip and she told me to only put eyebrows on their sign in sheet. The lady was so rough with my eyebrows! She didn’t put anything before or after the threading. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for 10 yrs and have never been in this much pain. When I got home I looked and I counted at least 6 spots where she cut me !!! To top it off there was still hair there! My eyebrows were literally bleeding everywhere. Please save yourself pain, $$$, and blood and stay FAR FAR away from this place.

As a previous review said … Not the greatest in customer service, but certainly left my brows looking good.

Station 2 alway go for Station 2. The ladies aren’t up on customer service sometimes they’ll be chatting away on their cell phones, but station 2 lady can shape an eyebrow. hahaha

Worst experience ever!
My poor daughter HAD beautiful, full, naturally shaped eyebrows. She went in to get them cleaned up and left looking like a freaken tweaker! One eyebrow has a high arch and the other has a weird curve. The one with a curve has too much taken from the inside AND outside so now her center is wide and crooked plus the end is completely gone. The lady didn’t even treat her skin with astringent when she was done to close her pores so her skin was left exposed to bacteria which causes breakouts. Who does this?

NEVER AGAIN.
The place I usually go to had absolutely no parking so I had to settle for Maya again. I told the lady to just clean up my eyebrows; I do not even know if there is a word to describe what she did to them. She thinned them out, gave them a triangular shape and made one shorter than the other… that doesn’t sound like ‘just cleaning them up’ to me. I told her something and she just awkwardly laughed and mumbled; I could tell she had no idea what to say to me. Worst customer service ever!
