Very poor experience. Went in for a quote on my windows and 3′ patio screen door. The Owner was absent and they suggested i just leave them. I did not hear from them, so after about five days, i checked back. They had repaired the window without ever quoting a price. They suggested since the patio screen was for a rental that i use a much heavier frame. I paid like $ 150.00 for this custom screen and much to my surprise, it did not fit! I asked for adjustments, and they refused. They suggested i spend more money to install a strip of aluminum on the patio door of my rental in order to make it fit. I guess i will not be doing business with them anymore.

We had ODW install both of our frameless shower doors, bathroom mirrors, and they replaced the glass in our rental house windows. Prices are right and they show up on time. Quality work.
