I LOVE THIS PAYLESS STORE!!! I go shopping for my daughters & I and I am always greeted & I get the absolute best consumer service! There was always two associates that were very helpful Stephanie & Alyssa they were the reason why I always went back. Now I don’t live in whittier anymore so I go to a different store near me but I wouldn’t mind going back to this Payless. Always so neat, clean, fully stocked with everything. Hopefully it stayed the same! Awesome store and employees. Thank you Payless!

The store associates were welcoming when we arrived even when they were helping other people in the store. The store was clean and organized. An associate asked if I needed helping finding a shoe. I didn’t need any help since I was just browsing. I appreciate she just checked once.

This is where I go when I have too much money and not enough shoes. Okay, so that means I don’t go too often because I never have too much money and I usually have more than enough shoes.
Anyhow, this PSS is well-​stocked, clean, and very organized. The associates here are also very nice. They come and check on you to see if you need help without bugging. I’ve even had some show me other shoes that they think I may like based on what I’m trying on.
