Quest used to be my favorite place to get my blood drawn but not anymore. When this place first opened it was great. Now, they seem to always be understaffed and not customer service oriented. It seems whether there is 50 people or 5 people waiting, I wait forever.

This is an industrial cattle clinic. Don’t set the bar high and pack a lunch.
I was sent here to leave a urine specimen for a prospective employer. I made the appointment online. I showed up 15 minutes early however for my punctuality I was rewarded with tardiness on behalf of the staff. The procedure for obtaining my sample appeared to be regimented and all about accountability for the sample. What was incredibly disconcerting was the lack of confidence the ‘lab tech’ had in performing the administrative tasks. Several times she required the assistance of another ‘lab tech’ who coached her through the process. Back and forth in Spanish they conversed without regard for my presence. This made me feel uncomfortable. Eventually the second lab tech explained in English the sample would be sealed with the sticker I signed. I provided an electronic signature to confirm my personal information.
I walked away from this ‘clinic’ in fear that if the lab tech had an incredible lack of confidence in performing the task how secure would my sample be?

If I could give zero stars I would!
This place is a disaster not enough staff working the front desk not enough working the back either.
There are a lot of seniors here with no place to sit inside so they have to sit outside and the receptionist won’t get off her ass to call the people sitting outside
This place sucks Quest you are a joke

Fast service, even for walk-​ins. The phlebotomist was great. Fast, no pain and just a tiny little dot to show for it. Very happy with the overall experience. Parking is free for 90 min with validation.

If I could give less than one star I would.
Absolutely horrible, slow, incompetent service providers.
Front desk was trying to be nice but the situation tie their hands by not having even close to enough staff to process the business they contract for. Complaining doesn’t do any good as there truly aren’t responsible individuals just ridiculous hourly employees just fending off the complaints and frustrations of the patrons.
I am uncomfortable with the process as a whole but mostly felt sorry for the senior patrons. They don’t deserve this cattle call, numbers treatment.

Horrible customer service. Every employee working was extremely unprofessional and having personal conversations in front of everyone in the waiting room. The guy working at the front desk was extremely rude. At one point he raised his voice at an elderly woman because he couldn’t read her name since she wrote in cursive… I was getting a free health test for work… I would rather pay at my regular doctors office.

Very poor service. Didn’t even tell me how long it will take. Everytime when I ask they said will be another 15 mins. I have waited more than 2 hours!!! Don’t come here! Go to the one in hacienda heights. Much shorter wait!

OMG … Here on Saturday morning 7:40am ! And line is out the door!
Been waiting for more than an hour. I hate coming here to bad it’s the only place my insurance covers.

The girls who were at the front desk when I was here with my mom were just gossiping about one of the employees. Being that u are a «professional» they should know better than to be doing that especially in the front where people can see and hear you. If you do not have an appointment be prepared to wait for 2+ hours for a 2 minute thing. Not to mention their appearance. One of the girls looked like she had just woken up. Her hair was up in a messy messy bun and I do not think it’s appropriate to come to work looking a mess. They need to hire more people to do the job cuz it seriously should not take this long. Someone was here since 8:30am and they are barely getting called in at 11:54? Ridiculous

This place has ridiculous wait times of 2 hours + to simply get blood drawn. They need to either get more sufficient staffing for Saturday’s or get a more efficient method of servicing patients quicker.

If you don’t have an appointment the wait is horrible… I literally have to just do a drug test… The amount of people do not equate to the wait time for walk ins. which is about an hour I’ve been to other quests and it’s not this bad… so I wouldn’t go to this one if possible

Went to have blood drawn on Saturday by Sunday night my arm was bruised blue & purple, swollen and painful.
The women who drew my blood was rude, rough & clearly unskilled! I Didn’t get her name, but stay clear of the Heavy Mexican looking girl with dark black hair, heavy make-​up!!!

Walk in Customer.. They are so slow. The walk I’m customers at the whittier one in painter and montebello location is so much faster. They just drag here. Saturdays are crazy busy not even enough seats for people and last two times I went there was only 3 people in the back drawing blood.

The place is nice but this guy in the counter is horrible. He thinks he is the boss. He is just the worker too. Bad costumer service. If only not for this freaking requirement for work I will never ever come in this facility. First and last I will set foot in this place.

This was the first and last time I come to this place. I’m not sure who’s running the circus here but the experience disgusted me. I arrived for a health screening at 10 am today and the technician that was assigned to see me did not preform most of the tasks properly. I was first told to stand on the scale to be weighed. During the weigh process I pointed out to the technician that she did not properly secure the weight on the scale that measured increments of 50lbs. This resulted in an inaccurate reading of my weight that was about 15 pounds off. The next step was to check my blood pressure. The technician asked me to roll up my sleeve so she could apply the blood pressure cuff. While she leaned over the desk to do this it turned out she had an ink pen in her right hand. As she struggled to apply the cuff with both hands and the pen in her right hand, she marked up the pocket of the hoodie I was wearing with ink scribbles. After multiple attempts to get an accurate reading, the technician asked me to go wait in room #6 so she could draw a blood sample. As I waited there, I could see into multiple rooms where blood samples were being taken from other patients. I saw about 4 patients give blood samples and not once did I see any of the technicians disinfect the the work stations before or after a patient gave a blood sample. This made sick! After 10 minutes of waiting, the tech assigned to me came to my room because she forgot to measure my waist. First she measured a 23, then the she measured a 42, then she measured a — well you get the picture. Shortly after this she asked me to sit in a chair and took my blood. I made sure the work station and my arm were properly sanitized before she took a blood sample. To my utter AMAZEMENT this is the one task she preformed really well. I didn’t feel a thing and the process was rather quick. After this, she asked me to wait while she printed out a document she needed me to sign. As I sat there, I looked around the room… and man oh man are they lucky my phone was dead because I would have had a field day with the pictures I would have taken and posted here — Open drawers and containers of lab equipment everywhere! The trash bins had dirty used gloves hanging off the side of the bin along with what appeared to be the lids of those urine cups you pee in on the floor next to the trash bin. Gross! There were various blood vials improperly placed on holding trays next to a dirty sink that had hard water spots all over them. Looking back on it I should have walked out of this place at some point… I strongly urge anyone thinking of coming here to reconsider. This place is focused in getting you in and out fairly quickly however they are not concerned with accuracy, environmental safety, cleanliness, or if they scribble on your clothes.

Ok. So, my wife has thin veins, low BP, and has ALWAYS had trouble getting blood drawn. Other bozos have had to jab her arm several times, leaving bruises and scars. Other bozos have used a large or medium sized needle when she has told them that it has always been more effective with a smaller needle. Some of the bozos poked her right arm full of holes, just to have to switch and poke more holes in the other arm. BUT, Nancy over here at the Whittier Blvd. office did an amazing job. No pain. No hassle. No fuss. She drew 13 vials before we even knew what was happening. Go here. Ask for Nancy.

Can we say Customer Service NOT! It’s like cattle in here, even the cows look like they know they are about to be slaughtered. A smile goes a long way my friends.
Go to another location before it’s too late. If I could remove stars left by other victims I would.

I needed to get some work related tests done and found this to be the closest from my place of work. Setup an appointment online, reached on time and was out in just over ten minutes. phlebotomist was polite and respectful. Perfect!!!

Usually dead during the weekdays before lunch… Quick and easy.

I don’t know whether you can rate a walk in place poorly, because they have little control over how busy they are– I got in about 40 minutes late– Susie was great and moved me through.
