1^st of Robert is great person to do business with. Not only is he extremely smart and analytical but he is also an extremely nice person. His customer service speaks volumes and his resilience to achieving a high standard of quality goes without saying.
I had a crunch deadline on my project as I needed to get my project completed by a certain time frame to qualify for my rebate. Given the holidays and rainy season the timing was not great for Robert and his crew. Like a true gentlemen he accessed the project and committed to getting the job done with a high level of quality.
Robert and his crew worked round the clocked and ensured my project was completed on time as promised and delivered a service and quality of work way above my expectations. If I had a 2^nd lawn would I hire Robert again, no doubt.
During the project we ran into a slew of issues and Robert navigated through all of them like a true problem solving engineer at the same time ensuring quality and not cutting any corners.
His attention to detail and meticulous personality on the job ensured nothing was compromised.
Robert even helped out in areas while working on certain things like my drip system and helped setup solutions for future projects, hence saving me time and money. He is that kind of businessman. He ensured things were done correctly and his foresight to challenges and problem solving was very impressive.
At the end of day I got way more then I expected from a design I had on paper that Robert brought to life.
I can’t be thankful enough to him and his crew for getting the job done with such a high level of excellence. In addition he was a great person to get to know while getting the job done. Not only did I gain a great business contact but also a new friend.

Don’t bother calling or sending an email inquiry through his website. The man doesn’t return calls, texts or emails. So unprofessional! If you’re too busy to take on new clients say so. You just lost a $ 4,000 job and any future business or referrals.

Our back yard was pretty thrashed after a major remodeling job. Robert came out and gave us an estimate — no dog and pony show, no double talk, no pressure. He gave us some great ideas and suggestions that made sense. Robert and his crew were extremely professional, clean, efficient and did an amazing job — both lawn and sprinklers. We will definitely use Robert again for our next landscape project!

Robert and his team did a great job transforming our yard. He replaced our front and back lawn with a California friendly landscape. Our yard turned out amazing. He communicated with us throughout the entire process, listened to our wants and needs for our yard and was reasonably priced. Robert and his crew did an outstanding job on our back yard. They cleared out 7tons of rocks, concrete and trees. I asked him about sod and leveling our back yard, and laying some concrete. and he was very professional and gave us a outstanding price. He even installed a sprinkler system. Its very difficult to find honest and dependable service providers today. He was very knowledgeable and polite. His fees seemed reasonable and competitive. I signed up immediately. I have not been disappointed. Finding a gardener that does what you ask and does it well is hard to find. My husband and I found a local gardener over a year ago when we first moved to our home and his crew did a great job, as long as he was around. We noticed over time, the quality went down, and he didn’t check on us much. When our grass looked like a jungle and didn’t get much better after I mentioned it a couple times, we decided to shop around… We went through one more in a month and had finally found Robert and his company.
He was prompt and came over the same day my husband called. He was super professional and courteous from the initial visit. He gave us some ideas and recommendations, but also respected our wishes if we decided not to go with his recommendation on something.
We were even able to have his company lay down concrete to widen our driveway and add a walkway on the side of our house. His workers did a great job, even with the rain!
Now, we’re working on upgrading the landscape a bit since we got a beautiful new vinyl fence in the backyard. I’ll post pictures when it’s all said and done!

I called and made an appointment with Robert. After sending him my address via text, he texted a confirmation back. He didn’t show, but he texted an apology the next day, citing phone issues. More to come later.

There has been a change since my last review. He can to my house to ensure that workers did what they were supposed to and added an additional service. He seeded the lawn and said guys would return in two weeks to finish the job. I look forward to working with him if these changes continue.

Decided to go with Robert after doing some research on Unilocal.Robert was very professional and able to take care of my needs right away. Contacted him to handle sprinkler wire issues and went to the property to assess the situation. Great price and was able to handle everything over the phone. Will definitely use him again the future.

Called multiple times for him to come out. Said he was coming and then never showed up. When I called asking where he was he totally forgot about my appointment. Then said he wouldn’t be out for another 3 weeks! I then told him I really needed him to come out and look at my sprinklers so he said he would come by later that evening then never showed! Don’t waste your time with this guy.

Well let me first start off that Robert did come out to my home for a visual inspection on ⁹⁄₂. He said ok no problem I will work on the estimate and get back to you in a couple of days. I followed up again on ⁹⁄₁₀ and he said sorry I’ve been busy. Now it’s been a month and still no estimate or communication from him. Robert may well be a great landscaper but for this one potential customer he fell extremely short.

Robert is DA MAN!!! I left the house this morning and noticed my front porch sprinklers were on and thought that was odd. (My sprinklers normally are set to go on in the evening). To my surprise, I come back in the evening and they were still on! I freaked out as I saw a massive river in my front lawn running down the street caused by my sprinklers! My first reaction was «Crap! The city is going to fine me since we have a statewide drought alert». Last time I heard, they were handing out $ 500.00 fines for irresponsible water usage. I immediately tried turning off all the water valves I could find in hopes of stopping the sprinklers from going. NO LUCK! I quickly went to Unilocal and searched for a high star reference for sprinkler repair. The first one that popped up was Robert! I dialed the number and Robert personally picked up the call. It was already 5:30pm but Robert could tell that I was freaking out and told me although he was done for the day, he would swing by and see what he could do. In 20 minutes, he reliably arrived in his vehicle. I was expecting a standard van or truck but Robert pulls up in his pickup truck with a massive hitch in tow the size of his pickup! He immediately assessed my issue and quickly turned off the main water pipe from the street and started to inspect all my sprinklers for the error. He explained to me that I had a bad pin in one of my sprinklers and immediately went to work to repair the problem.
He goes to his hitch and inside is an entire workshop! I mean he had all types of pipes, valves, screws… you name it, he had it! He seemed to have the whole sprinkler/​plumbing section of a Home Depot!
My gosh, you don’t see this type of inventory anywhere! He tells me that he tries to keep everything in stock so no time or water is wasted when he is on the job! After half an hour, the problem is fixed and I have a whole brand new replacement Rain Bird sprinkler unit. I highly doubt I will have another problem from the front sprinklers! I am so thankful to Robert for coming to my rescue! He only charged me $ 50.00 for labor and the cost for the part. There was no «emergency» surcharge where he could have easily added! Robert was prompt, honest, quick and efficient… qualities you need in a good and reliable repairman. I know who I’m calling next time I need my sprinklers repaired… Robert! Thank you Robert! You are DA MAN!

Robert and his crew have done several complex jobs for me, including tree removal, tree trimming, plumbing repair, irrigation system installation, and concrete work — in addition to routine landscape maintenance. In every case, the work has been outstanding.
Robert approaches each job with a high degree of competence, conscientiousness, and consideration for the homeowner. He has the equipment, the crew, and the know-​how to tackle any project. A perfectionist, he prides himself on doing each job right the first time. His prices are very reasonable, and the results are entirely worth it.

We have had ongoing sprinkler issues since we moved into our home 6 years ago. Over this time our gardener has worked on the sprinklers, and we had two sprinkler firms come out and do repairs and replace equipment.
But even with this, our sprinklers would just not work correctly. The system would make horrendous banging noises, areas would be dry and other areas soaked. Finally the system pretty much stopped functioning and we were back to hand watering.
I saw the write-​ups for Robert’s Complete Care Landscape on Unilocal and decided to give our sprinklers another chance.
Robert came out and looked over our system and gave us a very fair quote and said he would come back the next day to work on our system.
Sure enough, he came back and within a few hours all of our valves were replaced and we had a new controller. And he diagnosed the main problem and repaired it.
All for a reasonable fee, and much less that what we had paid for other services that had not done nearly as much work and had not replaced any equipment.
I am very happy with the work that Robert did at our home and I highly recommend his company for any of your sprinkler needs.

We bought a new home and wanted to redo both our front and back lawn, install sprinklers and plant trees. Robert returned my phone call immediately and agreed to meet me even though it was a weekend to go over everything I needed and gave very competitive pricing.
He cleared all the weeds and dead vegetation, got new top soil to raise my yard, and did everything else very efficiently and with out any surprises. His conduct and quality of work was very professional and I would gladly recommend him to my friends if they needed some lawn or yard work for their house.
I generally never give 5 star rating, but I have to make an exception here since he went beyond his normal agreed upon contract and did extra work to ensure that the job was complete and to his satisfaction. His follow up after seeding to check on the progress and other advises were excellent and very helpful.

I’m in the process of selling my old home and needed to redo my front yard, which was completely dead. I called Robert to lay new grass and revamped my sprinkler system. His price is extremely competitive, if not the lowest around.
