Starbucks

This Starbucks is super fast and has your drink perfect! I live right across but if I am else where I rather wait till until I come here.

I love this Starbucks! Super fast drive thru. Timed myself this morning, 7:57 arrival, 5 cars ahead of me and I was out with my drink at 8!

Convenient location. I went through the drive thru and the wait was minimal. Friendly service and the interior looked huge. Looked like they have a good amount of space to accommodate groups.

I paid almost a dollar more for a drink at this location that I always get at other locations… first and last time coming to this Starbucks, this should be their price range filter $$$$…that’s all I have to say about that…

I live about 1 minute driving from a different Starbucks location, but choose to come to this one for it’s spacious lobby and because it’s never near as busy as other Starbucks.
You would think that since it’s rarely busy, they would have fast service. but they take their sweet time making your drink because they’re too busy gossiping and talking about their plans for the weekend. And your drink rarely ever comes out how you want it.
This location is full of teenage girls, and maybe about 3 or 4 male workers, but only ever 1 working a shift with the rest females. The male workers have great costumer service and only one of the girls here is very sweet. The others just «treat you like a transaction», which is one of the things said not to do in the Starbucks Partner Training books.
This location really needs their baristas to be better trained in both customer service and bar skills. Both critical aspects of running a Starbucks!!!
Still, their hours are convenient and I prefer coming here to study.

As much as i love Starbucks, the girl from the drive-​thru can better her attitude. Was getting 2 separate orders and mentioned to her at the drive-​thru window and she’s like next time you can tell me over there! With an attitude. Need to better the customer service. Didn’t get her name but it was at 6:45 pm 12÷8÷15. Hope they better their service.

This is the nicest, biggest, cleanest, Starbucks I’ve ever been too. It’s like mega-​Starbucks. So much seating and the baristas are very friendly. Also has a drive thru.

Your typical Starbucks, clean and freezing inside. The baristas at night are ok, not like super friendly but not rude with the exception of Jessica. She’s so friendly. Very welcoming and friendly. Thumbs up to her!

1) Open from 4:30am to 12-​midnight… 7-​days a week, Excellent hours & easy to remember.
2) Brand new, very spacious, and they have a drive-​thru!
3) The barista Jessica who took my order was sweet, attentive and friendly… a person most Managers would want to hire to join their team :)
4) Parking is good since it shares a complex with Food 4 Less
5) My only complaint about this location is the major error 90% of Starbucks make… They don’t have any booth seating… booths are much more comfortable, create more seating space and enhance the overall customer experience

Starbucks are usually all the same, but this one is special, as in filled with special workers. Specially lame!
Before work I like coffee and oatmeal, basic as can be. They have been messing up my drive through order every time! It appears right on the screen but at the window they try to hand me random ass coffees.
They put the oatmeal in a little bag with the add ons (nuts, raisins, brown sugar, napkins, spoon). Today I get to work with the oatmeal cup and a knife… im about to drop kick that oatmeal at their window.

Since they just opened abt a month ago… I decided to drop by for the second time, this time was a walk in, instead of a drive through.
Décor: huge open space, very clean orginized.
Service: pretty slow for what I’m use to at a starbucks, and there was no line when I walked in. 6 ppl on staff, they took way too long to make my order. I set a timer to see if they could pick up the pace … 8.37 minutes til my drink was ready. I saw the drive thru line pileing up. HONESTLY… This starbucks team needs to step it up and needs more training. PICK UP THE PACE guys. And they had 6! Ppl on staff… js

Awesome location… Completely incompetent employees! Been to this location about 15 times and they have messed up my drink 13 out of the 15 times! Wtf?! It’s not even a complicated drink… It’s a Venti Americano with an extra shot. I’ve been given everything from a tall latte, to an Americano with vanilla and cream in it. It’s like drink roulette going through the drive thru. I love Starbucks, but this location has horrible baristas!

It’s actually the best one in whittier. Wait time is always less then 5 minutes and staff is super friendly !!

Love this new Starbucks. It is big & has a very nice drive thru lay out ! Very spacious inside as well. I’ve been here a couple times & the staff is always so friendly. I usually order a caramel macchiato or chocolate smoothies & they make it just right.

So far so good. This location makes my mornings because of their drive thru alone. I live just a few blocks away and I’m now a regular. I actually enjoy having the drive-​thru cars going around the patio because it keeps things interesting if you’re sitting outside. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad drink here and the inside is always clean and tidy.

I live about 7 blocks away from this Starbucks and was so excited that it was so close. Since its opening I’ve been here many times, it is very spacious and clean. However, the baristas (all female but one) are not friendly. I don’t expect them to bend over backwards or do anything outside of their job description, but several times (even when slow) I’ve tried to make small talk and they just stare at me like a deer in the headlights… I usually brush it off as they are tired or have had a long day (I’m there at night usually).
There’s also the manager (not sure if she is)? who stares heavily… I thought it was just me but several other patrons I’ve overhead mentioned the same thing.
Also, when you are there closer to closing, they sweep and do cleaning duties, which is fine, but what I find rude is that they sweep right under your table even hitting your legs, with no apology! Wow? Can’t wait till I leave? I have even offered to move and again with the blank stares!
Lastly, I always order passion tea with raspberry or strawberry … I have the starbies app which allows free refills for tea, and I usually just pay about 60 cents for the extra syrup/​fruit juice… Out of the million times I’ve done this, today it seemed to be a problem for «manager stare hard at you» (which I find odd bc I’ve done this with her before no problem). She rudely said «you only get free tea» and I replied yes I know, I will gladly pay for the extra add in. She then replied «okay but I hope you know we don’t do that» I said I’m sorry I’ve had no problem doing it here before. She literally rolled her eyes and said while walking away «well next time I will charge you» really? I had no problem paying the 60 cents… She just forgot to charge me this time and acting like I was unwilling to pay or am breaking the refill rules…
Downright rude and disrespectful.
I will however continue to come to this one for convenience, but when I want friendly service I will go to the starbies in pico with friendly baristas who enjoy their job and life.
Bottom line: if you are looking for room to study, read, surf the web without worrying about finding a seat come here. If you are looking for friendly baristas who treat you with respect or basic courtesy, go to another location.

So I got this Grande Iced Coffee from this Starbucks location, and well, I think whoever made it forgot the whole coffee part, all I got was a cup with ice and cream, looks completely like cream and tastes like cream… this location is a huge disappointment, I’ve never gotten a drink made correctly, and I always get iced coffee with creamer and sweetener, nothing difficult, or so I thought, apparently I was wrong, if anyone could mess this up, its definitely this Starbucks location… if you want to avoid the headache and disappointment just go to another Starbucks, this one sucks…

Very spacious and clean. The workers appear to be very friendly. Might have to be a regular spot to get coffee. The hours are perfect 0430 to 0000 (4:30 A. M — midnight)

Finally they opened a drive thru Starbucks in the 90 606 area code! Very convenient and spacious ! Love the late hours! Definitely a plus in this shopping center, the line is long on Weekends in drive thru but moves fast.
