Subway

Let’s start off by saying the only reason I’ve come back 3 – 5 times after my first experience is because this subway is the closest to the office I work at and its something quick and semi healthy to grab. Out of all the employees there I believe only one girl, tall, long hair and slim has been helpful. The rest have been VERY rude, numerous times. (ex: I asked for a Black Forest sandwich on Italian bread, and I had to repeat myself 4 times because she kept on giggling and laughing with one of the other guys and girls. Second, they’re SO stingy with their veggies, honestly… who grabs spinach three spinach leaves and shreds it with their hands? Third, the whole time I’m trying to order the rest of my sandwich she’s having a conversation with her coworkers and not listening to anything I’m saying and put the wrong veggies and then once I told her, she rolled her eyes and said she could simply «just take it off «. My whole point was i didn’t ask for it in the first place and if she would have been listening she would of known that. Finally today was the last straw and I’m never coming back here again, let’s just say these subway employees DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY’RE DOING, INCLUDING THE SO CALLED RUDE MANAGER.

Went to get a couple sandwiches, they were the WORST! Who grabs spinach and tears them by hand? Usually, you’d grab a handful and spread it on the sandwich.
I paid cash because the credit system was down? I was supposed to get $ 7.60 as change buy only got $ 7.
I don’t think I’ll be returning to this subway. It’s always been GHETTO!

without napkin and without nothing… And nobody don’t want understand English. Only Spanish, And the costumer service 0. I will never come back… and dangerous… looks like u r in Mexico))) lol

Rosa provided horrible customer service on my visit. I wish Matt would have helped me. I threw the sandwich away…

After going there almost every day for a year, I think a review is overdue.
I like the place, it is clean and they always have everything fresh. As a somewhat picky costumer, I like my sandwich to be in the exact way I want. So I ought to praise Keren, Marilyn, and this guy I don’t remember his name, for keeping up with my request with a smile and for being the nicest people.
The food is really good, the service nice and quick, and they have so many specials.
I like it.

Went in today for my lunch as usual and as always quick and friendly service. The store had fresh bread and was very clean and day by day I see the store getting better and better. Keep it up you guys!

I was here yesterday after coming for 6 years, I generally come in once every week or two weeks and purchase anywhere from 1 – 5 subs for my coworkers and myself. Numerous times they have been rude, or short, or unbelievably stingy with their veggies, god forbid you make a veggie delite salad with a decent amount of veggies, but yesterday took the cake and I have told myself I will not return to this place again.
I don’t want to get into the details, but only 1 out of 5 people there are intelligent enough to make a sandwich and the owner/​manager is rude as hell and said to me ‘well we can’t please anyone!’. Yeah, well calling my vegetarian food meat while I am clarifying that it is vegetarian is your employees stupidity. Being so damn stingy that you put 2 tomatos and 2 cucumber slices in a veggie salad is just ridiculous. There is no need to be so damn greedy that you can’t put a proper amount of veggies in a $ 8 vegetarian salad (in which avocado is extra charge too). Thanks for the $ 8, low on veggie and half full salad. I will never waste my time, money, or breath here again.
I stuck by this crappy location because it was 5 minutes away from my office as opposed to the next one that is 10 minutes, but forget it. I’d rather spend my whole lunch getting good service and a decent sandwich than spend less time at this dump. Save your money, go somewhere else!

It gets really busy here for lunch… If you get here past 12:05 the line is huge… Good thing we got here early! Unfortunately the girl rosa was so rude to me and my sister! I could see if it was busy but there was no one in line. Rosa seemed irritated for making our sandwiches. Me and my sister thought maybe that’s just her attitude. We tried not to take it personal. But not the case. We ate in the restaurant and rosa was all smiles… After our sandwiches my sister was still hungry and decided she wanted a soup… She asked rosa what soup they had. Rosa without any acknowledgement walked away and checked the soup pot… My sister waited at the cash register and rosa yelled out minestrone my sister of course didn’t hear her, given it was already 12:30 pm packed out with people in line and dining in. Rosa rudely started waving a picture that had the minestrone picture pointed at it and rolled her eyes… Of course we didn’t buy a soup.

Not the brightest people working here. I don’t understand what is so hard when you call in your order, and you get another order.

This subway has gotten alot better, they used to over charge me alot.

Fast and quick service… I hit the lady with three complex sandwich orders and she didnt hesitate and busted them quickly… then she took my coupon at register. fast!

I just came to this subway for the first time today. It was pretty good. Clean and the people working there were very attentive.
