Each time I go the girl with the dark brown and blonde dyed hair and winged eyeliner is so helpful. I can only hold her up to these standards though. The other worker and pharmacist aren’t nearly as genuine or helpful. In fact, the main pharmacist isn’t very friendly at all.
With that said the perfect rating is for the dyed hair girl only. Anytime when I have a problem with my insurance she always tells me exactly how to do it and assists me any way she can. It’s nice to see an employee going so above and beyond for their customers because it’s a rare sight to see.

Are always out of stock. They called me the day of my pick up and told me they didn’t have it. If it happened once that’s fine but it’s happened multiple times. Transferred all my scripts. Which were only 3 and they seemed to never have.

The worst service. I needed to purchase some meds and there were four people working behind the counter. I was totally ignored by them for a almost 4 minutes. Finally I left the store and purchased what I needed somewhere else.

I have got to find someplace else. Any suggestions??? Not only is the service just the worst and now the generics have been purchased from an Indian company. At first I thought gee these look different and then my blood sugar was really up there and I looked at the bottle and found out that it was a different manufacturer, Sun Pharmaceuticals and they have a lot of recalls and issues.

I can’t even recall an instance when I didn’t have issues trying to get my prescription, either they didn’t have the medication or they claimed my prescription was expired and needed to call my doctor before they would give me a refill, which by the way never happened at Rite Aid, they were always happy to give me one last refill while I waited for my doctor to renew my prescription. And when issues arise their attitude is pretty much like «tough luck». They are often poorly staffed so much so that you can’t even get a hold of them by telephone. Just as soon as is humanly possible I’m going to transfer my prescription back to Rite Aid.

Let’s get a «woohoo» for Target Pharmacy in good olé Whittier.
Staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Very rare are you left standing there without acknowledgment, even when it does get busy, which based on my experience isn’t often. Many pharmacies I’ve been to, I find I have to wait a while before getting assistance, but here it really is ‘easy in, easy out.‘
