Here is the Story Plan & Simple we gave Trinity Reality a lead to one of the homes being sold on our block so we could buy it & have them rep. us. Instead they got the listing & sold it to someone else for $ 15,000.00 less than my written Pre Approved offer! I have real concerns about their ethics. I am only speculating I belive they did this cause I would not list them as my agent for the Purchase. For whatever the reason to sell to a lower bid is unheard of. The owners are the reps. & they are not nice people they are very judge mental you get this vibe from Francis when you meet her the way she gives her once over with her eye’s and her words are very cold not typical of someone in sales. She has the nerve to say I could not afford it in her reply to my previous Review. That’s the type of irresponsible people that are running the show at Trinity Realty.

This is our third refinance with Trinity. They definitely go out of their way to help especially in difficult situations. Through fluctuating rates and increasing mortgage insurance costs we finally got it done and will save a boat load of money in the long term. Frances and Natalie continue to make what sometimes is a long arduous process as easy as possible. They are a great group to have on your team.

Trinity and team rocked the house! We bought a short sale and it was an extremely long process! Robert was with us every step of the way and Frances was top notch. Everything about Trinity says «excellence». We would highly recommend Trinity for all your real estate and home loan needs!

Going through a short sale can be an arduous process. It took about 5 months for the entire process. When my faith was flagging, Frances remained optimistic and really worked the process. «My goal is for you to get you into the property.» Sure enough, 5 months later, despite setbacks on the seller side, we closed escrow just in the nick of time before the loan approval expired. Frances and Team Singery (kudos to Robert and Natalie) is who you want on your team if you want expertise, excellent updates and follow-​up and a can-​do willingness to dive into difficult and complex sales.

Recently my wife and I have been working with a mortgage broker to restructure the loan on our home. I came into contact with Robert at Trinity who offered to compare the terms provided by the other. Having worked with several mortgage companies in the past I fully expected Robert would want to try to sell us on the idea of walking away from deal we were working on with our current bank in order to use his service, but that didn’t happen. He essentially suggested we move forward with the loan we had already negotiated and gave us a point by point reason why (which we had not gotten from our bank).
I was really impressed with his honesty, knowledge and expertise. He really made the experience about protecting our interest over his own. I was so impressed that I recently referred Robert to my brother in law and would highly recommend him to anyone thinking of make a change in the home loan.

Frances and her team are an amazing bunch! My husband and I had been searching for a home for over year, had gone thru 3 different realtors, but failed to get an offer accepted over and over again. After only one month of working with Frances, we found our home and got an offer accepted, on a short sale no less! Not only did the Trinity Realty and Investment team take care of our realty needs, but they also handled our loan. The process was quick and they were very friendly and helpful. I am so amazed how smooth everything was and how hard the entire team worked for us. They were on our side and truly cared about us starting the next step in our lives, rather than other disconnected brokers who seemed to only care about making a buck. Another bonus to working with her was that if she wasn’t available, somebody in the office was there to help us out in a heartbeat.
