Juan and his wife are amazing!!! They are so helpful and friendly. They did a great upholstery job on my dining room chairs and bench, I couldn’t be happier!!! This is definitely the place to go to when you want the job done right the first time!!! This is the best upholstery place in Whittier!!!

This is a Great «Mom & Pop» shop!
I had some custom sized cushions made here for my patio «couch».
They turned out perfectly sized and were resonably priced.
I chose a plain dark green color, but they have and can get many different fabrics.
I will be recommending them to my family & friends for any upholstery needs.

I came here to have some dinning room chairs reupholstered. I had a particular fabric in mind that I had already purchased — which was unique and not easy to work with. Another challenge was that I didn’t have a lot of the fabric. I had purchased it in another country, and didn’t have access to more. Nevertheless, Valdez was able to get the job done! The owners were very helpful, very fast turn around, and the prices were extremely reasonable!
I get many, many, compliments on those chairs — and I always tell folks that without Valdez, I couldn’t have done it. I trust them so much that I recently went back and asked them to do another «special project» –put a backing on a hand woven rug so that I can display it on my living room wall without damaging the rug with hooks or clips. They said they could do it, and also did it with a fast turnaround. I know I can trust Valdez with important, unique pieces of furniture and art. I highly recommend them, they are a joy to work with!

Great prices! Couch cushions re-​stuffed and an entire rocker and ottoman reupholstered for such a good deal! We purchased our fabric elsewhere only because I had something super specific in mind but they have great deals on fabric too! Plus, I wanted the seat of the rocker just a little more firm than what they originally gave me, my back is really bad so I need lots of support, they switched out the foam for free! Will go to them for everything from now on!!!

My upholstery class teacher recommended this place for special tools. The husband-​wife owners were very friendly and helpful. They asked what my first project was and only told me to buy a few basic tools first, so they didn’t try to sell me things I wouldn’t have used. On a late Monday afternoon, they had 4 other customers come in this small store front with plenty of fabric, samples, piping, foam, and padding in the back. I’m sure I will return for bigger projects.
