Wet Ink Printing

Wet Ink Printing is one of the best printing places in the area. They are always professional and go above and beyond. Their turn around time is fast and their work is always well done. If you have printing needs, this place will not disappoint.

I have been to my share of printing places since I was in the interiors program at CSULB and we had to print alot of stuff. This place was recommended by a classmate and they sure did not disappoint! I was so afraid my prints were not going to come out good since Ive had bad experiences with printing companies but i was so happy when i got my prints (i ordered a book and flyers). Not to mention the staff is very helpful and so accommodating. Kory Chai is so awesome the last time i was there their system was not working so she trusted me enough to have me pay later. She is very patient, helpful, and nice! This is the place where I will be printing any future projects.

ALL of the workers there are soooo sweet! Beautiful work. Very happy with my invites.

Just had our wedding invites+rsvps printed here. Kory was amazing and extremely helpful through the process! My original pdf had a weird pixil issue but she was able to work with their designer to sort it out. Invites were printed quickly and I couldn’t be happier! :)

Staff:
I seldom write reviews on Unilocal,but I felt Kory (super awesome) and the staff at Wet Ink Printing deserved the recognition. I came to them on ⁴⁄₁₃ to have our menu cards and ceremony programs printed for our wedding on ⁴⁄₁₈. Yes that’s basically 4 days (since they’re closed on weekends) to print and produce 160 menu cards and 105 programs to be picked up on Fri ⁴⁄₁₇. To say the least, they got the job done.
Quality:
Given I provided finished and outlined vector files, the ordering process went smoothly. But, it’s the finished product where Wet Ink Printing shines. The print quality and paper stock mated perfectly with the design and as a designer attention to detail is key in any printed material.
Overall:
I’d highly recommend working with Kory and Wet Ink Printing. For anyone reading my review, I wouldn’t hesitate doing business with them and if you’re local to Whittier I’d also recommend paying a visit to their cute little showroom as well as meeting the staff. I look forward in doing business with Wet Ink Printing in the future for commercial and personal projects.

This Place is AMAZING!
They’re always busy, but still take the time out to help you out and answer any questions you might have. Riza always helps me out, everyone that I’ve met there is awesome, great prices, great staff, and great service!

Absolutely love this place. my husband and I came here first for our save the dates & we loved them so much we did our wedding invites & just got our thank you cards. The quality is great & the price is too! I ordered 100 thank you cards and it was 33 $.

The customer service here is amazing. The quality is top notch. James and the rest of the staff are great.

I worked with Kory and she was amazing! Always friendly, always helpful. We were on a VERY short time limit as the wedding I was helping with was just 6 days away. Throughout the process, I have to say, Wet Ink Printing had great service and constant communication. We had a few projects that needed to be completed on a short time span, and Wet Ink Printing totally came through! Even when a poster was not ready for us to pick up before we left for a tradeshow, the staff made sure that it was actually shipped to the event location, just in time! :=)
Will continue to use their services.

About an hour after posting my original review, James, the General Manger sent me a nice, apologetic email about the incident and asked to give them another try. I am glad I did.
James is very responsive and their prices are very competitive. Best of all, the quality of the first project was better than I expected for the price. I am sending them more projects and have high hopes that they will keep up with their great work.

I was referred to Wet Ink by a friend who owns a business as well. So, I did have very high expectations going in.
I think their prices are very reasonable. They can get work done quickly if you pay a rush fee. I was really hoping to have found my go-​to printer for banners & brochures to shirts & caps.
But… nope…
the reason for my disappointment is their serious lack of customer service.
I used them for several projects and I had a ton more that I would’ve sent to them, but I like working with people who act like they like working with me too. I want to build a long term business relationship with the different vendors I use. And I just didn’t see it happening with Wet Ink.
I would email my order to James and then follow up with a phone call. He wouldn’t call me back. I had to keep contacting him to see if he even got the order. I was really put off by his lack of urgency and poor follow through.
The last time I tried contacting him with an urgent order, he just never bothered responding. Ever.
So, now I’m back to searching for a reliable printer who can also produce good quality material.

I can’t say enough about wet ink printing! My company was under a tight deadline and Wet Ink Printing not only delivered on time, but demonstrated a great attention to detail. We will definitely use them again!

We’ve used Wet Ink for all our printing and marketing. From our business cards, flyers, mailers, etc, they do it all and we have been extremely happy with them. Prices are great and the service and turnaround time has been awesome.

I ABSOLUTELY love Wet Ink Printing. I don’t know where to begin.
I’m going to reiterate what everyone has put about the staff and mention their amazing customer service. I have gone to them for all sorts of projects– smaller rave card flyers, stands, banners, posters, mailers, all types of printing and I have been satisfied LITERALLY every time. The products come out better than I could even imagine.
I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else, what the heck for? I’m so satisfied with them that it puts a huge smile on my face from cheek to cheek and I really can’t find that at any other printing company.
The cherry on top that the entire staff is friendly and courteous. I love working with Angie, James, Thomas, and William, and who can forget the wonderful owner Daniel Kam.
I could go on for days but I am going to stop here and say CHECK CHECK CHECK IT OUT. Plus, they have complimentary pens, if that isn’t an incentive to go here, I don’t know what is! I heart wet ink printing.

We found out about Wet Ink Printing through a family friend referral.
The owner, Daniel Kam, and the designer we worked with, James Chung were absolutely amazing. They are so easy to work with an talented. Wet Ink Printing designed and printed our wedding invitations, tri-​fold programs, and stickers. They helped us transform our vision into reality and made the invitations and programs look even nicer than we first imagined. They worked with our budget and made sure we received the items on time (even when we gave them limited time to work on them)! All of our family and friends loved the end result!
Wet Ink Printing does not settle for anything less than perfection. When they first printed our programs, they told us they were somehow printed slightly off-​center but they did not try to push the imperfect programs on us. Without asking, they already began to re-​print the programs to meet their high and perfect standards. Besides invitations, programs, and stickers, Wet Ink Printing is a one stop shop for everything else (and at very reasonable prices… canvas prints are lower than Costco!) They do personalized stamps, photo canvas prints, thank you cards, banners, tshirts. anything that has printing on it.
We are definitely going to be repeat customers. Their customer service is the best!
