Very very poor service from this guy. There is an excuse for every single delay. He told us that he would have the driveway extension and back porch cement done in one week and then have our awning built and completed by the following week. It’s been now a month and he is STILL not done with our awning. He never communicates to us when he will be at our home working or when he is leaving for the day. He never communicates what he has done or not done and why he won’t be at our home. Therefore, I specifically instructed him to text my husband when he would be coming and going. He has not complied with this request except for the two days after I asked him to do this. He’s had three accidents at our home involving his workers and including himself. My husband left his brother in charge of over seeing the construction while we’re went on vacation since the job was not completed when he said it would be. The contractor was upset and said my brother-​in-​law was slowing him down when he called him out on the awning not being squared off correctly. We had to force him to redo it. It is our conclusion that this guy does not know what he is doing and/​or is extremely unorganized and doesn’t keep his word at all.
