ABLS was est. in 2011 by Brianna Williams. Williams chose Paul Mitchell for their exclusive product line, monthly education and culture of giving back. Williams and the ABLS team have since earned a reputation as one of Wichita’s finest salons.

Unwilling to help. Has not reached out in any way, even when I have relentlessly tried to get something figured out for my hair. $ 255 down the drain, sucks to know there are people like this, in a profession that relies on customer satisfaction and does not follow through when they mess up. All they needed to do was make things right, and they made no move to do that. Incredibly disappointing. Not worth the price whatsoever, nor the horrible customer «care» that follows.

I loved my hair so much after my appointment, but I have to say that I was kind of frustrated by having to wait 35 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. (It wouldn’t have been a huge deal if I wouldn’t have had a meeting to get to …) But I do adore my new hair. :)

Wow, what a great experience!!! I have been without a stylist for over a year, bouncing around to different salons but never finding someone that met my expectations in a cut/​blond highlight. I decided while I was home for Christmas to try out a salon in Wichita, and I am so glad I picked Abls! I read a ton of reviews, talked to a few different salons and in the end settled for Abls to be my best bet. Based on my description of fine hair, shorter cut and blond highlights the receptionist recommended Bri, who was honestly my top choice too from reading their bios. Bri did awesome, the color was perfect and she had a special technique that got the color as close to the scalp as possible, and she also chopped a good 4″ off and made a perfect above the shoulder cut! All in All a 5 star, the only problem is I live in Colorado :-(Will visit the next time I am there and HIGHLY recommend!

I have long hair down to my lower back and was in search of a great salon that could highlight my hair the way I liked and also cut my hair without going scissor happy! I was recommended this salon by a friend and have been coming for about a year now and am so happy to have found it! I usually ask for Katie and have had great results with her! Recently, I requested an appointment and Katie was booked so I was scheduled with Jenny. Jenny also did a great job on matching the color of my highlights to what I wanted and also on cutting my hair without taking too much off. I would highly recommend this salon and would definitely recommend both Katie and Jenny!!! I’m also sure the other stylists are just as great and everyone always makes you feel so welcome! Thank you ladies!!!

I love you guys! Corey did my hair and was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions about what I wanted. My hair looks beautiful and I had a great time hanging out and chatting while Corey worked his magic. You guys, just come here. Their work is spot on and the environment is lovely.

I get my hair done by katie. She’s amazing!
1st time i went, she balayage my virgin black hair. It looked amazing! I loved the experience too. Shes super nice and takes her time perfecting your hair.
2nd time i went, she fixed my horribly cut hair. Got my hair cut with super cuts and they messed up my layers and the cut itself. it was a hot mess. Now my hair is beautis haha. I love it. Gave me the perfect layers and the perfect length.
I plan on going back to her soon so she can redye my hair. Not sure what i want yet haha.

Went to see Jenny Ruiz for root touch up on my existing ombré. She color matched my grown out Goldwell base perfectly. I stayed for a wild ginger awapuhi keratin treatment (delicious!) and a trim. She gave me the perfect choppy razored edge I asked for without compromising my baby fine hair’s lack of volume. I even got a lesson on taming my cowlick and it totally revamped my part. I would recommend Jenny to anyone who wants to feel beautiful. Thank you so much!

I have recently relocated back to Wichita from Seattle & was a little nervous about finding a new salon back here. ABLS was recommended to me, & I have been in twice now. Katie & Bri teamed up on my last color & Katie did my cut. I LOVE it. I can’t remember the last time I have been this happy with my hair. I went through beauty school, so I am crazy about who touches my hair. They did an amazing job. I would totally recommend them to anyone. You can’t go wrong here. Great atmosphere & results.

Bri started out at Wild Hair on West 13th where I first started getting my hair cut with her. She recently moved to her new location in the Delano district and has killed it as far as making it with her own business. Awesome feel to the location, very hip and trendy. She’s done my hair for prom, made me up to look like Lady Gaga for her grand opening (a little embarrassing I must say, but I looked like a badass none the less) and always kicks ass at cutting and coloring my hair. It’s not failed me to receive compliments from complete strangers on my hair and asking where I get it done. Well, this is the place people and she will not disappoint! She does awesome nails and has a great staff that she’s hired on to make her business complete. She never quits coming up with fresh, new ideas so you can guarantee something brand new and fun will be added to the salon each and every time you go! Whether it’s crazy hair, or just a fresh cut, she will make it to fit your style. She has a broad range of types of clients so if you need a new place to have all of your salon needs met, give ABLS a try!!!
