Auto Craft Collision

I took my car to Auto Craft after colliding with a raccoon. My bumper was messed up and my air conditioner wasn’t working. They worked with my insurance company and got my car back in good shape in no time.
I’ve taken my car to them a few times before and they always do a great job. They even send text messages with updates on the status of your repairs. It’s never fun having to take your car to the shop, but they make it easy and a little less painful.

Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the actual repair job went ok, they didn’t do any better or worse than other places in the actual repair… BUT they damaged my window tinting in the process. I don’t know HOW they managed to do it, but they did. Then, they denied that it was their fault, when it was obviously scraped off with some kind of tool. After a whole lot of hassling, they finally repaired the damaged tint, but it doesn’t match the tint on the other windows now.
I won’t be going back, ever. They have no integrity.
Edited to add: Different Auto Craft locations have different management and therefore provide different experiences. After being told that the north location on 32^nd street was better, I did drop my car off there recently after a minor fender bender. My experience there was a 180 from this one. If you want or need Autocraft to repair your car, make the drive to the north location.

Again, time to complete work was too long but they did provide a rental vehicle. My vehicle was not put back together properly the first time, necessitating a second job. I was able to get my keys back with out ever providing a name, which is scary to think about.
