David Curry – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have been a loyal state farm customer since I started driving 15 years ago… in the year that I was in Wichita, I used David Curry as my agent– at first I thought his office and staff were great, super friendly and helpful! But now that I’ve been waiting over 9 months to receive money that was over-​billed throughout the year and a half, I’ve had a change in mindset… thankfully I’ve moved from the area and am changing agents, maybe my new state farm agent will actually return my phone calls and fulfill the tasks they have said they would. I don’t ever write reviews (positive or negative) but I have voiced my concerns once– 3 months ago to Kimberly– and nothing has changed or been addressed. I’m sorry, but If I had to, I’d try other state farm agents in the Wichita area. Unfortunately, I think I’m just out the money I was told I’d receive.
