Went to Mike Stevens VW to get the recall work and 40,000 mile regular maintenance done on my Jetta. I was able to book my appointment online, the in-person service was friendly, work was done on time and for the price they quoted me, and they drove me to work and picked me back up when my car was ready. Even vacuumed my floor mats. I would have given them 5 stars except that when I booked my appointment online I checked the box to have someone contact me about the appointment because I wanted to be sure they could take me to work after dropping off the car. Apparently the computer assigned that responsibility to someone who no longer works there, which means no one got the notice to call me. I had to call them the night before to make sure I could get a ride the next morning. Otherwise, no hiccups.

Do not go here. I bought two cars from this place. Thought that they might take care of them. The service is horrible. Do not go there. They will rip you off in a second. I’m not sure what they are trying to accomplish but it is not customer service. Go to OKC or KC if you have a VW. It will be cheaper.

Wow! We had a great experience buying our second car in 30 days from Justin Hoist at Mike Steven Volkswagen. We purchased a 2015 Jetta TDI(diesel) in August. VW corporate cooked the books on the emissions test to get the TDI to pass emissions tests in the US. Once we found out about the emissions scandal(national news), we contacted Justin and he had us come in to get a new car. Justin worked hard to get us a new gas powered car, a limited edition Passat, which is several steps up from the Jetta model we originally purchased. The crew at Mike Steven made the swap painless and our monthly payment even decreased by $ 8 per month! Mike Steven VW is a posterchild for corporate responsibility and world class customer care. I will gladly be referring car buyers to Justin and the crew at Mike Steven VW. They literally made me stop and say«WOW.» They will probably wow you too.

On May 26th2015 I took my 2011 Volkswagen GTI into Mike Stevens Volkswagen to have my water pump replaced. What I got in return was my glove box broken and my personal items missing from my car. When I come back to pick up my car and upon entering my car I notice the glove box is destroyed. Immediately I call Whitney back over and ask her«what happened to my car?» She says she has no idea. So we call over the service manager(Matt Bates) and he climbs in the car, makes a call to the mechanic for a second or two and then tells me «that’s how you brought the car in» I couldn’t believe he said that. So he prys the glove box open and we look inside and I tell him what is missing. I call Whitney back over and ask her to explain to Matt that my car was not like that when I brought it in. SHE explained that she had watched me open my glove box and get my insurance papers out and lock the glove box back. All this while the car was already in the mechanics bay. So get this Matt Bates is now saying they are not responsible for this and my insurance needs to pay for this. So I ask to talk to another manager at the same time I’m calling to Police. Fast forward to June 6th2015 I call Greg Anderson and Orlando. Multiple times with no success reaching anyone or getting a call back, nothing! June 7th2015 the next day same thing. No one would call me back. So I went to the dealer so I can speak to the general manager Bill Stevens and was given the run around. So here we are at May 8th2015 two weeks later and nothing done, Now I am filing a lawsuit, filing a complaint with VW of America of what this ridiculous dealer is putting a VW owner through. Filing a complaint with the BBB, and sending this review to anyone who will listen. Please be advised my Best Friend is a Manager at a VW dealer in a different state, and he said if they were smart they would just take responsibility and repair your vehicle, they’re supposed to.

0 stars. Horrible service. Can’t fix cars. Spend too much money on something twice that keeps happening, telling me they fixed it.

Worst experience ever! First they lied about their prices online. Then, lied about their fees and registration. Then, lied about APR fees. Finally, last lie was about a refund check. Don’t go! They will tell u anything to buy a car, anything. Don’t believe their lies!
