you know. i would gladly wait an extra 5 or so minutes to get fresh food. i realize its 230 in the afternoon and all so i realize its slow etc, but come on when you hand me ice cold fris and ice cold and hard chicken. SAY SOMETHING ABOUT IT. i work fast food so i understand about wait times and everything. but come on bringing a person cold food is a slap in the face to the consumer!

We waited over 25 minutes for two drinks and one order of tater tots. Even after reminding them at the 15 min mark, it took another 10 min for our order. The server then proceeded to stop for a conversation with a coworker when coming out with our good, delaying it even further. Worst Sonic ever.
