Best bra shopping experience ever! Alexis was my bra por and she was great. I usually go to victory secret but never was truly satisfied. So glad I gave hopes chest a chance. I will always buy my bras here for now on.

Hope is the sweetest most wonderful lady. I was totally comfortable! She educated me, showed me how I was wearing my bra wrong for years! And she TOTALLY understood all my needs! So thankful my friend referred me! I’m now a customer for life!

I took my Aunt in today for the 2^nd time to Hope’s chest. She has a very difficult time finding bras and would resort to guessing and purchasing them online. She always has the 3 boob look or her shoulders get sores from the tight straps, the back of the bra would go up to her neck and all the fun things us large chested women battle. The first time we went in and Hope sized her she literally was able to see her waist line for the first time in years. The girls were where they were supposed to be! She used that bra for the last few months and recently had weight loss surgery so went back in today for another fitting. She has dropped in size and found yet another perfect fit. I have recommended this place to several friends who all have the same exact experience:) I also myself have bought bras from Hope, and bathing suits that actually fit me in the chest! Not to mention a few of the cutest outfits ever. The store is set up so cute and the staff is amazing. You feel comfortable the entire time. If you are looking for a great fitting bra, swimsuit or cute clothes head on in and have a blast!

Give Hope’s Chest a chance!!! I would have never thought that a lace bra was the way to go for those well endowed… But after taking Hope’s advice, I will never turn back! Great sales and great products! Even if you don’t immediately see what you’re looking for, listen to the pros and try on the suggested styles!

Hope truly gave me Hope! I recently had a partial mastectomy and was feeling pretty hopeless after receiving horrible service at Nordstrom in Escondido. Being not only a few weeks from having surgery I needed something to wear. I called Hope’s Chest realizing they preferred me to make an appointment but I explained I could not drive but was going to show up that day. I walked in and was greeted warmly by Hope. She took me in fitted me for a prosthesis and a bra with no issues. Not only did she make me feel welcomed she helped me realize i can still look normal after the surgery. She also helped me find some fashionable shirts that were easy to wear with the limited mobility i had in my arm. I will only go to Hope’s Chest for my bras now. At least I know I will not be treated badly for having breast cancer!

After reading my previous review, Hope contacted me directly! We reached a mutually satisfactory arrangement in which I was actually able to return the purchases I’d made, and no one even asked me to change my review (this is totally voluntary). It’s been quite the roller coaster getting the refunds processed due to computer issues, but Hope has been great in keeping in contact with me and letting me know when to come in to get it taken care of. Even though my original experiences weren’t the best, this post– care has been fabulous and I feel Hope and Hope’s Chest definitely deserve the extra 2 stars.

As with most things in society, we accept mainstream as the norm– bras and bra shopping are no exception. I’m grateful to have found Hopes Chest and been educated on what a bra should and should not do. Hope fit me and suggested several bras. I purchased two on my initial visit. Since then I’ve purchased many more and I’ve been happy with every purchase. Not only did I walk away with great product, I walked away educated and comfortable. If you want the right fit and the right bra, I’d recommend this store. You get personal quality service, and if I don’t have time to get by, Hope has my measurements so I call and order directly from her. It will take a little more time and cost a little more than a run-​of-​the-​mill department store, but it’s totally worth it. As the age old saying goes: you get what you pay for. This store is no exception. If you want a great fit and a long-​lasting exceptional product this is the store for you.

Hope is a real sweetheart. She has a way of making you feel comfortable. I came here and bought a super cute cover up to wear over my suit while I’m walking to the pool from my hotel room. It was so cute and reasonably priced. I did see another one that was to die for. It was a little more expensive and I planned to come back for it. But it’s gone now. :(

Beautiful store and awesome customer service. I purchase four beautiful bras and look fabulous. Everyone is asking me if I lost weight but it’s because I’m now in the right bra. The owner Hope is a sweetheart and makes sure that you’re comfortable and taking care of. Her whole entire team is amazing.

What terrific customer service. The salesperson, Alexis, did a personal fitting that was through and she was so nice. She brought me several options and some worked and others didn’t but she understood what I was looking for and brought me a few more options. Ultimately I walked out with two new beautiful bras and a new cute retro swimsuit.
I would totally recommend this boutique for an enjoyable afternoon of bra shopping. I am not an easy size to fit and they had a number of bras in my size. What often is an unpleasant chore in other shops was a lovely experience at Hopes Chest. Thank you.

I rarely write reviews, but felt so ripped off by Hope’s Chest that I decided to write one here. I received a «coupon» in the mail for a «free fitting with purchase,» so thought I would give Hope’s Chest a try.
I made an appt. and showed up for the fitting at my assigned time. I was measured and Hope fitted me with a few different bras. She didn’t give me much feedback. She was friendly enough, but did not have much to say. I had to ask her what size she determined I should be wearing.
She suggested a bra that she felt was the best fit. Then she told me the price & my jaw about dropped, $ 119.00 (+tax). I expected to pay a bit more in a ‘specialty’ store, but not this much! The bra was o.k., but certainly did not seem that special. I debated whether or not to purchase it, but felt that I had an obligation to buy it, as I had agreed to make a purchase with the fitting. I also thought that perhaps there was something really special about this particular bra or brand that I might be missing that would explain the pricey amount.
As I was paying for it, the salesclerk suggested I purchase some sort of special soap for delicates that was on the counter. Hope cautioned, «Do not use Woolite whatever you do!» I declined the purchase, skeptical of how much THIS item might cost.
After I got home, I decided to check online to see what stores charge for this bra. All of the stores were around the same price, $ 78.00. This includes the REGULAR (NOT sale price!) at NORDSTROM’S! While I understand that the little local shop has more overhead, etc., I cannot even imagine how they can charge $ 41.00 more for this bra! Really??? $ 119.00???
According to the receipt I was given at the store, I cannot return the bra since the tags are removed. I don’t want to return to the store anyway. I’ll just chalk it up to a lesson learned. I can’t imagine how Hope’s Chest can charge this much money for this bra. I will not be back, nor will I recommend this store to anyone.

Hope is so knowledgeable and makes you feel so comfortable through the entire process.
I have a larger bust so I have a hard time finding things that fit. I found hope and have been going to her for years! My husband loves it because I no longer leave the stores crying. My husband recommends then to everyone else as well! Plus he enjoys the perks of me shopping here! ;) ;) lol.
Seriously though Hope is the absolute best at what she does. She not only lifts you up and supports you physically but spiritually as well. You will leave here feeling so uplifted and renewed! Plus she has nursing bras!
