Ridiculously rude.
My husband went in to see about getting a vapor system or whatever they are called because he wants to quit smoking. He has never had one so he had alot of questions and Samantha helped him and was nice and patient and answered his questions.
Unfortunately, he had some kind of reaction to it. He has Multiple Sclerosis so we arent sure if it didnt agree with that or what but something was not right with his body. He called them to return it so they had him come in and he was treated like total crap from some dude that worked there. Unfortunately we dont have his name.
Saying stupid comments like you have never heard of someone having an allergy, treating him like he was stupid, saying well enjoy going back to smoking your cigarettes then, you should have researched it before you came in and bought it, etc. I am SO shocked my husband even tolerated your stupid attitude. If he wasnt all jacked up from whatever it was that messed with him it would have been a very different scenario. You couldnt walk a day in his shoes! If you have to treat paying customers like that, you have your own issues to deal with. I get people have bad days but treating someone like they are stupid for having an allergic reaction is pathetic. I am very glad I wasnt with him and you should be too.
Im giving two stars solely for Samantha and whoever the cash register guy was. Get a life dude.

Juice prices going up, no military discounts, good selection but not worth the drive anymore. If it stays like this might as well go to any other vape shop. It’s what there turning into.

My wife and I stopped in to buy a mod and a pen. My wife is a very thorough person and had a few questions to make sure that we were getting the right product for our needs. Now, to be fair it was slightly busy, 6 customers including us but the place cleared out eventually when he got back to us. But everytime someone came in we were left alone without even a «Ill be right back, need to help these guys.» I looked passed it as I was really wanting to make our purchase but as we were ready to check out my wife wanted to try a couple juices before making a decision on which one to get and the guy helping us gives my wife this snotty attitude. Seriously? We are customers willing to spend 200 dollars or more in your shop and that is how you treat them? I had finally had enough and walked out. No big loss to me or my wife. Ill give my business to someone else. The customer service was atrocious and I will be sure to pass on our experiance to our friends and family who recommended and frequent this place.

I’ve never been treated so badly in an establishment before. I’m new at vaping and had questions. The gentleman kept walking away to help others, which is fine he was the only one there. But there is a way to excuse yourself if you need to leave your existing customer. Not just walk away mid-​sentence. Then when your customer would like to wrap things up, you leave them again. The whole time he had attitude like I was bothering him. We wanted to then try juices to go with the $ 200 dollars we were about to spend when someone else came in and he check out once again and left us behind. So he comes back to our vicinity and I ask to try a one that I had just asked for that he gave to the other man at the «vape bar» and he snapped at me saying «ya…as soon as he’s done with it». I felt like he could care less if we were there or not. Totally unprofessional. The guys girlfriend comes in and he ignores us to talk and kiss on her. I get its a vape shop so it’s not the stellar customer service you would expect in most places. But apparently he didn’t care if we were there or not. So unfortunately we won’t be coming back. Most of my friends and family visit this place also and spend A LOT of money as well. We will for sure be spreading the news of how completely disrespectfully we were treated at rippen vapes.
Edited a couple hours later… We went to vishons vape down in Sam Diego and oh my goodness the change in customer service was night and day. It’s night to know people still care about giving nice polite attitudes and actually wants to help. Thank god I didn’t give my $ 400 to Rippin vape wildomar.

They have a large selection of products. I have purchased a tank and a mod from this location. I felt i was given good advise and paid a fair price. They stock their own branded juices and have a huge selection of flavors. I prefer certain brands so I have not really given them a try yet.

I can only say great things about the place. The atmosphere gives off a chill vibe, there are SO many flavors to try out, and the employees are nice.

Came to Rippin Vapors to help my mom get off cigarettes. From when we stepped in the door, Nick, was very friendly and EXTREMELY helpful. Nick explained all the in and out and operations of our devices. Great prices, Great selection, all around great vapor shop!!!

This was my first time here, I like the fact of how many juices they have to offer. The location is good, right off the freeway. I figured I stop in since I was on my way back to San Diego from the inland empire. The guy was extremely helpful, despite that he didn’t have the juice I wanted with the Nic level, I didn’t like the fact that a woman walked in with car seat, looks to be like a new born. I have kids and I personally wouldn’t bring them into a vape shop.
It would’ve been nice if they would’ve had mods I could’ve rested some of the juices (forgot mine) maybe they did have but, you just have to ask.
Overall, I would come back, juice flavors on an endless wall. Prices were a shock to me (in a good way)

Whoever was the guy that was working today, was a jackass. My husband came in to buy his juice and get his mod rebuild. He was the only customer for about 5 mins then other people came in, and instead of helping my husband he said he had to help the other people first. Seriously? WTF? What kind of customer service is that? Just cause the other people were spending more money, my husband gets ignore for fucking 20 mins? So he decided, fuck it and just buy his juice and leave. That will be the first and last time we will ever go to this dump! The one in Temecula is so much better and the people are much more professional.

Great customer service! Nick helped me with all my questions I had and took the time to explain everything one by one on how to work my mod. Thanks again nick and I definitely recommend this place to anyone new or regular to this! Great place!

Best vape shop of all time so cheap for what you get its so dope

Rippin Vapors is nothing short of excellent. Always helpful, always friendly, and always a good conversation. The juices are fantastic, no matter the flavor.

Went In yesterday and the staff really helped me out. They fixed up my vape rig for free and had a great price on two batteries. I would highly recommend this place not only due to their wide choice of flavors but the extremely helpful staff.

This place sucks and so does their juice, I literally just threw out a 30ml because it was all pg lol, too harsh and all they sell is there crappy juice. They do have clones but you can find those online for way cheaper. Oh and if Nick is the owner he sure doesn’t act like it, been there twice and he hasn’t said one work to me along with the rest of the staff. People who act like there tough or gangster because they vape are lame. If your a guy then I don’t suggest this place they look at you like they want too fight lol tough guys. That’s why all the great reviews are from girls cause there pervs.

The staff is amazing and knowledgeable. We’ll keep coming here. Prices are good and there set up is great. Foosball table, lounge area, pool table and a Vape bar. Love this place. Everyone is friendly and makes sure you’re taken care of.

Best flavor and service around the only thing I vape. You go in there (usually no wait) you get great service and they have the best selection in juice around and the best hardware prices in town. Nick does some of the amazing builds around. Thank you rippin for being awesome.

Let me tell you this place has far exceeded my expectations. They don’t carry cheap vape liquid, they brew their own great tasting vape juice. Their prices are so good I almost didn’t believe it. They had so many flavors to try I just loaded my kayfun for the road and I’m ripping drunk dragon, this stuff rocks. Nick was a great host and didn’t hesitate to let me try any flavors I wanted. I left with four big bottles of some awesome juice. More people need to try this place as they are awesome. The selection is enormous!!! A+ guys for great prices no gouging and great selection.

Rippin’ is the by far the best vape shop in So Cal. The employees are super friendly and patient. Nick is very helpful and answered a lot of questions I had about doing my own builds. The lady (I am so sorry, but I forgot her name) is Sooooo patient with me everytime I go in and try a million flavors. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing. Prices are good on mods, accessories, and juice. I definitely recommend you check Rippin’ out!
