I have a Dolce-​Gusto latte machine that has been replaced once already and I am waiting for another replacement for the same problem. The machine stops picking up the water from the reservoir. I have been waiting almost one month for the replacement. I have tried to call them and their phone number 1−800−754−3391 has a message «all circuits are busy» for 3 days straight all through the day.
It appears the company is having some kind of problem and there is no communication to customers.
Be wary of ordering any of their machines.
