We have been with this agency for over 25 years for our Rehoboth Beach, DE home and we highly recommend them. We have had only one claim during that time and it was when huricane Sandy hit the east coast. We are right on Rehoboth Bay and a lot of debris and water damage in our crawl space. We contacted them and everything was handled very quickly and professionally.

We’ve had our beach property insurance with ASC&D for over 25 years and they’ve been good to work with! After calling my current insurance company to notify them of a new home in Delaware, they informed me that they are not licensed to write insurance in that state. Needless to say that I was stunned. Settlement was one week away and needing insurance I called 2 companies. The first company seemed like they didn’t understand my needs from the questions they were asking me, so I then called Atlantic, Smith, Cropper & Deeley, what a relief. They were extremely helpful, and knew what I needed and delivered in a timely manner. What a Relief!
I can tell you this, it’s the only way to go, I highly recommend them.
