Coach Factory Store

I have bought things from here before, and their prices are good, but I just can’t seem to find a purse that is designed well lately. I appreciate all of the different colors just in time for spring, but what’s with all of the open tops? A purse should close so that if it falls over, everything doesn’t spill out. Or so that people just can’t reach in and take your stuff. And pockets just for the sake of design instead of function is just wasted space.
The sales lady working Friday was overbearing. We don’t need to be best friends. I just want to shop, please.

Everyone was polite. I was greeted and I didn’t feel harassed like I did in Michael Kors.

Wow! Some truly great values are to be found at this particular Coach outlet. I saw a wallet I have been lemming for over a year reduced from over $ 200 to $ 79.99 — but — they only had in in purple or grey. Beautiful men’s section also.
I did not get it — but wow — some great deals if they happen to have what you are looking for.

Of course I’m going to give coach 5 stars… I’m a girl… hehe. Anyway they deserve it. From the moment you walk into this beautifully laid out store you are immediately greeted with someone who is willing to help you find what your looking for. They are always having some kind of deal and it’s not just 10% off or something low like that… I’m talking half price or sometimes 70−90% off. And a lot of the times the deals include everything in the store… not just what they have on clearance. Everyone is so friendly and very well put together. Love this store!!!

They have moved since the last time I was here and it’s for the better. You used to have to wait in line and queue up to get into the store on really busy days and it was ridiculous and crazy. Sometimes the line could snake around the block. This is a huge store compared to the previous one on the other side of the strip and I think it’s rare they have to line people up to get inside due to fire code.
They have the usual fare in here — coach purses, shoes, scarves, gloves, wallets, etc. They also have a men’s store section as well which is pretty neat.

Coach and Reebok have switched locations at the Premium Outlet in Williamsburg, VA. Space is bigger and it now includes a selection for Mens. Staff greets you warmly at the door. Coach frequently offer additional % off prices. I was fortunate to visit when they offered 50% additional off. I had significant savings on a clearance item that was discounted 40% off plus the 50% off the Clearance item. It was super hard to resist. I can spend hours browsing their assortment. Overall staff is friendly and eager to assist you with your questions. Coach remains my go to store whenever I visit the Premium Outlet. I have not been disappointed yet with the savings and selection. Go to the Premium Outlet early. Parking fills up quickly.

I stop into this store about 2 – 3 times a month. I live really close and they are getting new merchandise all the time. The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. Many of them know and recognize me when I come in and are always sure to show me the new styles. You can ask them anything and they will gladly help. This store carries mostly «made for factory» bags, which are still real coach bags, they just don’t have quite the embellishments that the retail bags do, etc. They do also have a retailed section though, on the right side in the back. This merchandise comes from retail stores, usually after that bags ‘season’ has ended. You can really get some great steals on this wall as all the bags are usually 30% off retail price plus an additional 30% off of your total purchase (they run the 30% off your total purchase almost every time I am there, there have been a few times they haven’t but if you come back a few days later they probably will, you can just ask). They also have a clearance section on the left in the back, all of those bags are 50% off the tag price plus an additional 30% off you total purchase. The staff will be happy to point you to any of these sections. If you can, go back frequently because sometimes they get new merchandise all the time!
