One of CDAP, LLC’s primary concerns is reducing barriers in design, creating high-​quality environments that add long-​term value. In addition to keeping an eye out for new technologies and products that we just cannot live without, we find ourselves time and time again — dusting off the old standards. We are applying universal design and sustainable construction methods that will add long-​term, permanent value to your property via simple applied research.

Susan Diann D.

Business Owner

Experienced with Luxury Residential, Public Safety, Government, Recreation, Cultural and Mixed Use Projects with a focus on Architectural Quality Control for design, construction documents and construction administration. Most recently I participated in settlement-​field work related to the Department of Justice’s ADA law suit filed against the City of Savannah.

My focus is Universal Design; ADA compliance; understanding and designing for the built environment’s impact on human development and physiology; and designing to create long term socioeconomic and demographic balance in the United States.
