Wow. Great service and reasonable prices! I would never have opened up my iMac if I realized I could have paid to have it done for such a good price. I always assume that bringing a computer in for work entails spending hundreds of dollars. I opened my iMac and broke a piece off. I took it in for advice and ended up leaving it there, so they could figure out how they can fix it and what it would cost. All of this for free. Once they figured out the repair, they did it very fast and the price was so inexpensive, I’m kicking myself for not researching this before trying to do it myself. It would have been ½ the price. Well, now I know this place exists and would highly recommend them for computer repairs.

I wish I had known about the TERRIBLE Better Business Bureau rating this place has before I walked in here because this is the worst place. They tried to scam me.
Avoid this business!!!
UPDATE: I also have to report that the person who initially recommended this place to me ended up being taken advantage of in a much worse way than me.

These guys are awesome. I lost my MacBook charger and was in a real pinch and they SOLD me the one they use everyday (for a very fair price, too) and said they’d buy a new one for themselves. All they wanted to do was help me out in a pinch. They’re awesome!

I have to update this review for how great the shop is. The phone I took for repair had been sitting around six months before I decided to fix it. When I got the phone back I noticed the audio jack was not working properly (unrelated part to cameras and screen that was originally repaired).
It was a bad feeling to have dumped a bunch of cash into a phone and now have to pay more for another repair, to replace audio jack and charger port board. Well, instead of charging me for another repair, the guys fixed it under warranty.
I’m impressed by their generosity. The audio jack was not part of the original repair and the shop replaced the board and fixed it, for free. This is unheard of at a electronics repair shop, where the consumer is at the will of the skilled technician. I’m very pleased.
If you are in need of electronics repair, this is the place.

So happy I found this place. The bad reviews here on Unilocal really scared me away, but i was in need. My old ass laptop started going insanely slow. Brought it in just before they closed. Initially they were going to «clean» the computer to see if that helped. It didn’t work so they didn’t charge me for the service, which was nice.
They then suggested wiping the computer clean, (after backing everything up), then reinstalling Windows. And it worked!!! :) My computer runs faster than it has in years. It took less than a week to fix. So thankful!

Just days after coming home with our newborn, my sleep deprived husband put the SD card containing the pics of her first moments into the DVD slot in our iMac. Before he could get all Zoolander on it (the files are… in…the computer?), I remembered that we now have a repair shop right down the street. Pavel rescued our card and my sanity in less than an hour. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

I never write Unilocal reviews but I felt the need to give people an accurate read on this place. I had the worst experience with these guys. It took almost a month just to get a RAM upgrade. A task that takes about 15 minutes to complete, add a few days to ship in my part, this should have taken 5 days tops to get my computer back to me. They dropped the ball on multiple occasions. when I asked them to have someone call me back with an update I was assured someone would call. I never received any such call and when I called them the guy that was on the evening shift had no clue what was going on. I will never go back there.
