In July rented an apartment and gave a deposit (2.5 months before traveling). 17 days before traveling received an email saying sorry we overbooked the property so we cancelled your reservation and here is your deposit back. No phone calls, no attempt to place us in one of their other properties. When I called them, they did not return my call. When I emailed them, no response. It took them 2 months to realize they over booked the property? Forget that I had to start the process of finding a replacement at the last minute and taking whatever was left over and overpriced. Not a reputable company and certainly not worth the stress.
