Caricature entertainment for parties, weddings, bar/​bat mitzvahs, reunions, sweet sixteens, grand openings, Christenings, First Holy Communions, corporate events or any special event where you want your guests to have fun and laughter. Thirty years experience drawing for live crowds. Very quick, friendly, accurate. Drawings are meant to look like people while gently exaggerating features and characteristics of the sitter without making them uncomfortable.

Special detailed caricatures can be made from photographs by custom order.

House portraits, realistic drawings and paintings as well as wall murals are available.

History

Established in 1980.

Shorty has been drawing caricatures for live events mainly in the Philadelphia/​South Jersey area while teaching elementary school art.

Business Owner

Shorty grew up in Philadelphia in a neighborhood that had lots of kids, many of them named Mike or Frank so he and many of his friends ended up with nicknames. After high school he attended Temple University and graduated with a B.S. in art education. He’s been teaching art ever since while drawing caricatures whenever possible. He always has paper with him and draws people where ever he goes.
