Joe definitely went above and beyond to help me find my first house. He practically made himself available ²⁴⁄₇. Being a first time homebuyer, I had a million questions, and Joe answered them all. Even when he was out of town for a long weekend, he made sure there was someone looking for new listings to insure we could view the house first. Joe also made himself available around my schedule to show possible houses. Joe’s client care director, Kristina, checked in with me weekly to make sure all questions were answered and to update me on how things were rolling with the mortgage/​bank/​etc. I would highly recommend Joe when looking to buy a home.

Joe is an AWESOME realtor. He will make you feel like you are his only client. He will spend extensive time at each house going over details and will not give up until you find the house that is right for you. The area we were looking in was extremely competitive, and there were times we were ready to give up, but Joe always remained enthusiastic and believed that we would eventually find a house that met all of our needs… and we did! We found found Joe here on Unilocal to help us find a home in the WNY Southtowns area. Right from the beginning Joe spent quite a bit of time discussing what it was exactly we were looking for. He quickly set us up a MLS portal account account so we could virtually shop for homes. Joe blocked of several hours over consecutive days so that we could see every property on our list. Joe negotiated well on our purchase price.
Almost exactly one year later we found out we were going to be transferred out of the area so the first person we called was Joe. Joe was just has helpful and attentive through the selling process as he was with the purchase process. Joe negotiated well on our sale price.

When it came time for my brother to sell his home in Buffalo, I entrusted Joe with the task. As a real estate agent in the Boston area, I interviewed a number of Buffalo realtors and found Joe was most up to the task. I was immediately impressed by his market knowledge, responsiveness, and marketing skills.
