Mr. Buddè assists employers and employees with business and professional visas, labor certifications, immigrant and non-immigrant visas, consular and cross-border processing, and citizenship matters. He has represented numerous entities and individuals before the U.S. Department of Labor, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services and in Immigration Courts. For several years he served as a Special Counsel through an appointment by a state office of attorney general to assist with immigration matters for a dozen state universities and agencies. Mr. Buddè is a leader in training and compliance for professional organizations of varying sizes and complexity, from organizations having a handful of employees to those with tens of thousands of employees. Mr. Buddè maintains an active practice focusing on the immigration needs of colleges and universities, hospitals, medical groups, physicians, multinational corporations, as well as families and individual immigrants.
