I was here twice today and both times the staff was so awesome! The first time we got filled cookies, a Boston cream and two coffees. Lady’s gotta get some caffeine, just saying! The second time, I was so congested, I needed some tea. I didn’t realize til I walked in that they had closed, but the sweet lady working said she would defiantly get my tea. I was so happy she was willing to do that when she still had so much to do on her own. She was quick and got me my wonderfully hot green tea with honey and now my throat is happy.

Tim Horton is just okay in my mind. I like the coffee once in a while. I prefer Starbucks because it’s stronger and a better taste. However, I do like that Tim Horton’s has a variety of flavor shots(but so does every other coffee joint so… my point is invalid). The bagels suck. Although, I do believe they just came out with a new bagel recipe. I could be making that up in my head but they taste a little more bagel-y. However, their«toasting» method is lack luster. They shoot it through some hot machine and say it’s toasted. It’s not toasted. And then you would think asking for it «double toasted» would toast it… Nope…just burns the surface. Gross. I don’t know. Yes I wait in line at Tim Horton’s. But maybe that’s because Starbucks is 3x the price and there is only one around. All in all — Tim Horton’s is just okay.

Haven’t had an issue here so far! Service is quick and polite, staff seems to have a good system going to get orders through quickly and correctly. Just your standard, quality Timmy Hoes located right by my office for mornings when I need a little something to snack on!

Great location. Pretty small space inside, but still, great food and coffee as always!

Small Tim Horton. There are no booths here, just tables and hard chairs, so if u have a sensitive rump, bring your own cushion. As I was walking in there were some kids loitering by the front door with their bikes, which made me a little nervous. Management must have been off duty that day or perhaps they were there for the free air conditioning that was escaping through the open door… They were there for over an hour

Evans & Sheridan location. Where does Santa go for coffee? Tim Ho-ho-hortons, of course. I like that they don’t ever give me 4 pennies, always a nickel or dime to round up the change, that’s good. However the coffee is often either cold, or stale tasting here as opposed to other Tim Horton’s. And they never seem to have Honey Crullers… which I do like, but I don’t eat. I get them for a little old lady that I know who loves them. The coffee also is not for me by the way. And they also sometimes aren’t open late, and they have a very weird driveway that has nearly damaged my car a few times. And it’s really hard to get from their parking lot onto Sheridan Westbound. So I recommend going to a different Tim Horton’s.

Came here twice and both times, I left with a messed up order. First time — ordered an iced cappuccino made with milk. I should have just ordered an iced coffee because that was how soupy and runny it was. Almost like it wasn’t even swirled in that machine.(it wasn’t the milk that caused this, I have always gotten it made with milk. Tasted the same and saves 500 calories ;-)) Second time — ordered an ice coffee. I don’t know what happened but I left with what seemed like a coffee milkshake. It was so thick. I couldn’t even stir it with the straw. The only plus is that I love their cheddar cheese bagels. But it ‘s hard to mess up already made bagels that are just warmed up in a toaster.

I must have been here over a dozen times in the past trips. They are always breaking in new employees. The line for drive through is always out the plaza. This store is definitely an ambassador to me, since I had my first Tim Horton’s experience here. I managed to come back here all the time. The breakfast sandwiches are very nice. The only problem is that I order without cheese every time, but it always end up having cheese in it. They got it right 0 out of 12 times. Still, with all the problems, I have special love for this particular Tim Horton’s.

This is the dingiest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to, placing it behind others in nearby Clarence, Williamsville(Maple Rd., Transit Rd.), Lancaster, NY, as well as those in Calgary(Airport, 16th Ave. NW) and Edmondton, Alberta and in St. Catharines, Toronto(Yonge St., Bloor St., Finch Ave.) and Petawawa, Ont. Clean up a little, will ya?
