History

Established in 1994.

Mountain Song was built in 1994 under the name of Gray Goose Inn, we purchased it as Mountain Song in 2009. However we fell in love with it in 2006 and patiently waited for it to be for sale. Once you visit we feel you will feel just as we do, it is a grand house built with local stone and decorated with local wood; having been designed as a B&B it is laid out in such a way that it is comfortable for both guest and owners.

It is a must see for any one traveling the interstate ⁸¹⁄₇₇ corridor. We are only 30 minutes from Virginia Tech, Radford University, the Crooked Road, and the town of Floyd. Three outstanding Virginia wineries, Château Morrisette, Villa Appalaccia and Amrhein Wine Cellars are all in our area.

Andy and Chris retired to Southwest Virginia in 2009 after a combined total of over 70 years in the service industry. They understand service and love to make their guest happy and desiring to return. With that much experience they can easily tell what level of pampering you want.
