About 2 weeks ago the pilot light on our hot water heater wouldn’t stay on. We have a home shield warranty so we had nothing to worry about, so we thought. The first company our warranty service contracted didn’t contact us or return our calls for two days and by the time we finally got ahold of them they weren’t available until the following day! We called the warranty service and got them to contract a different company which happened to be Wilson Services. Man did we get lucky with that! They immediately contacted us and were even able to make it out same day as they had a cancellation. Terry came to the house in the time frame provided, took one look at the water heater and knew exactly what to do. He even had our specific water heater manufacturer’s contact info saved in his phone. We ended up needing to order a part but it came in the next day and he was gracious enough to get to us same day AGAIN. He fixed us up and we were able to take our first hot shower in 4 days! What started off as the week from hell ended on such a high note thanks to Wilson Services.
Overall, we were impressed with the know-​how and the speed of service but their willingness to go out of their way to help is what makes them amazing. It’s hard to find people like that and we are so grateful that we did.
