Lemon Tree Unisex Haircutters

All I have to say was rude, rude, rude. tried to get my daughter a haircut, no appointment. .since they have a sign «walk in’s welcome» ok there were 2 people getting cuts. the greeter or whoever she was annoyed that we would even dare to come in. After telling us she wasn’t sure she could take us I said ok we will leave that’s fine. she said no I will check then rolled her eyes at me. so unprofessional then asked another cutter who was equally as rude she said we would have to wait about 30 min which I was not going to do. I was also not going to give them any of my money. I try to support local businesses but it’s hard when everyone is so rude. I will never go back there again. maybe they have so many customers that they can be super rude to everyone.

This has to be the worst place ever. I guess that’s what to be expected from the Lemon Tree. Unprofessional folks with inappropriate side conversations. Ironically it’s all children in here listening to the side talk. Been here since 530 and waiting to be seen at 6:08. Again, it is the Lemon tree after all.

I would not recommend going here. I have been here a couple of times and the results are never what I want. Recently I thought I’d try to go there again, but once again they proved to be subpar. I asked her for long layers and side sweep bangs, something I thought was an average mill of the day kind of haircut. The hairdresser couldn’t understand what I was asking for and by the time she cut my hair, it was too short for layers and at the end she quickly gave me some sort of bangs. I will definitely not be returning.

This place is unprofessional and terrible and they do not care about their clients’ satisfaction. Their workers are careless and always busy talking instead of doing their job. They burned and damaged my hair. The hairdresser (Jillian) never even bothered to apologize but she was able to roll her eyes and give me attitude when she saw me. They did 3 crappy conditioning treatments that did nothing. And until I called and yelled at the owner they didn’t give my money back. Then when I try to go back a few months later, I’m told that the boss told them not to do anything for me. WOW I should’ve took them to small claims court from the beginning. My fault for being nice to them. Steer clear of this place!!’

Two years ago I found out my hairdresser there was an alcoholic now I just found out my hairdresser there, Lauren, is unlicensed. I do not recommend this chop shop.

I went there 1 week ago to get a haircut, and I was really disappointed. I made an appointment at 7:00, and I wasn’t able to even get my haircut until 7:15. The lady used a buzzer (3) on the sides of my head and used scissors on top, and she couldn’t fade the two together. I’ve had this done multiple times before, and she ended giving me a horrible haircut. She also cut my sideburns at two totally different lengths (approximately ½ centimeter difference), and they were cut way too high. I went back the next morning to get it fixed, but she acted as if it was my fault, and she indirectly tried to blame me for her job on my sideburns. I’m really unhappy with the service, and they weren’t professional. I do not plan on going to this place again. I suggest anyone who reads this to do the same.
Bottom line: Their haircuts aren’t worth it, and you can get a much better experience elsewhere.
