charged us $ 250 for 5 minutes of work. turns out chimney didn’t even need to be cleaned. complete rip off. the guy literally sat there and brushed the chimney for 5 minutes, then cleaned the glass. it took him longer to clean the glass. i would not trust these people, completely unfair. what a waste of money.

Steve and Jordan came by on-​time. They were professional and efficient. My job ended up being more complicated than expected and they improvised and conquered. They did a great job of keeping me informed throughout and discussed any additional expenses and options upfront. They also kept our place clean! With their easy-​going attitudes and professionalism, I would recommend them to anyone. Matt, who did our initial inspection, was also great.

Had a slight problem with a bill and they were great to work with. Very honest and fair. Next time I need chimney work they will be at the top of my list. Good people.

The chimney on our 27 year old home needed repair; it was occasionally leaking into the house and I could see with binoculars there was cracking and crumbling between the bricks at a minimum and likely leaky lead flashing as well. I called a few chimney contractors that people suggested, but I rarely got a call back and the two prices I received seemed terribly high to me. Then, having seen Brickliners trucks around town, I called Brickliners and all of a sudden things got easier and better!
The ladies in the office were really polite and helpful and we made an appointment for Adam to come take a look. He climbed right up to the chimney, did a thorough examination, took photos, and explained all that needed to be done, along with a preliminary cost estimate. I then received the written estimate promptly by email and signed on the dotted line! I had the work done early in the season, receiving an early season discount. The fellows who came and did the job were very personable, knowledgeable, neat and efficient. The job was done in less than two days and the chimney looks great. I asked them how I could tell they did a great job (it’s not like I can walk up to my chimney and check it out!) and they explained they take pictures to show Jake back at the office, so he knows every job is performed to the highest standards. Bottom line, friendly, professional, fairly priced (chimney work, by its very nature is expensive!), time efficient, solid warranty, all great!

The men that came were professional and did an excellent job cleaning an old and neglected chimney, as well as replacing the chimney liner. they were punctual, professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.
